基于細分市場的共同物流商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新路徑研究

【摘要】:共同物流一直是解決環(huán)境污染與能耗過高等問題的主要方法,已經(jīng)得到世界認同,它之所以得到發(fā)展,和商業(yè)模式、管理策略、標準運作等各種創(chuàng)新路徑有著直接關(guān)系。面對世界物流的發(fā)展壓力,我國物流業(yè)發(fā)生了很多改變,這種改革主要表現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)造價值的形式與獲取上,極大地促進了第三方物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,不再拘泥于傳統(tǒng)的倉儲、運輸、供應(yīng)、市場份額以及規(guī)模競爭,而是拓展發(fā)展空間與整合創(chuàng)新水平的競爭。因此,擁有創(chuàng)造力、能貫徹內(nèi)外因素的現(xiàn)代商業(yè)模式成了細分市場下的物流企業(yè)能否取得競爭優(yōu)勢的核心因素。本文借助商業(yè)模式的理論分析,通過評價細分市場的共同物流商業(yè)模式,希望為細分市場的共同物流商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新路徑構(gòu)建提供支撐。在一體化創(chuàng)新服務(wù)、健全信息范圍、完善知識共享、挖掘供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)的條件下,為共同物流合作,提供云技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)合作平臺;在低成本高效率的工作模式中,幫助客戶提高自我價值。
[Abstract]:Common logistics has always been the main solution to the problems of environmental pollution and excessive energy consumption. It has been recognized by the world. It has been developed, business models, and management strategies. In the face of the pressure of the development of world logistics, many changes have taken place in the logistics industry of our country, which is mainly manifested in the form of value creation and the acquisition of value. Has greatly contributed to the development of the third-party logistics industry, no longer confined to traditional warehousing, transportation, supply, market share and scale competition, but to expand the space for development and integration of innovative level of competition. The modern business model, which can carry out the internal and external factors, has become the core factor of whether the logistics enterprise can obtain the competitive advantage under the subdivision market. This paper, with the help of the theory analysis of the business model, evaluates the common logistics business model of the subdivision market. Under the conditions of integrated innovation service, perfect information scope, perfect knowledge sharing, excavate supply chain service, we hope to provide support for the construction of common logistics business model innovation path. Provide cloud technology and network collaboration platform to help customers improve their self-value in low-cost and high-efficiency work mode.
