【摘要】:針對(duì)重負(fù)荷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的性能特點(diǎn)和使用要求,利用模糊層次法,對(duì)重負(fù)荷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的基礎(chǔ)液、功能添加劑以及全配方方案進(jìn)行篩選評(píng)價(jià)。確定選用乙二醇和丙二醇復(fù)合作為復(fù)合基礎(chǔ)液,配以多種復(fù)合添加劑,研制出一種全新的重負(fù)荷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液。經(jīng)過(guò)理化分析和某物流企業(yè)實(shí)車(chē)試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),該冷卻液具有冷卻性和熱穩(wěn)定性能好,抗穴蝕、抗銹、抗泡性能好,阻垢性能強(qiáng),使用和儲(chǔ)存壽命長(zhǎng)、組成穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:According to the performance characteristics and application requirements of heavy-duty engine coolant, the basic liquid of heavy-duty engine coolant is studied by using fuzzy hierarchy method. The functional additives and the whole formula were screened and evaluated. The composite of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol was selected as the composite base liquid, and a variety of composite additives were used. A new heavy-duty engine coolant has been developed. Through physical and chemical analysis and a physical and chemical test of a logistics enterprise, it is found that the coolant has good cooling property and thermal stability, good anti-cavitation, anti-rust, anti-foaming performance, and strong scale inhibition performance. Long service and storage life, stable composition and other characteristics.
