【摘要】：“十一五”以來(lái),隨著國(guó)內(nèi)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,服務(wù)能力和技術(shù)裝備條件均有明顯改善,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及發(fā)展環(huán)境的逐步優(yōu)化。這種發(fā)展變化在國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)的《物流業(yè)發(fā)展中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃(2014-2020年)》中屢次被提到。從總體上看,我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)正在逐步轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),并進(jìn)入新的發(fā)展時(shí)期。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下正飛速發(fā)展,汽車行業(yè)正向更高的臺(tái)階邁進(jìn)。2016年中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)銷量均突破2800萬(wàn)輛大關(guān),作為物流行業(yè)中最為復(fù)雜的物流歸類,汽車物流的發(fā)展已經(jīng)受到國(guó)家和行業(yè)的高度重視。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+、物流信息系統(tǒng)功能的不斷拓展,衛(wèi)星定位、無(wú)線射頻識(shí)別等技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和物流裝備的不斷淘汰與升級(jí)。汽車物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展將迎來(lái)廣闊空間,同時(shí)客戶的要求也隨著GB1589新政的落實(shí)而不斷升級(jí),擁有機(jī)遇的同時(shí)企業(yè)也將面臨巨大的生存挑戰(zhàn)。FL公司作為國(guó)內(nèi)汽車物流行業(yè)的知名企業(yè)與先進(jìn)單位,同時(shí)也是FA集團(tuán)全資的專業(yè)化汽車物流公司,主要的使命就是保障FA集團(tuán)物流戰(zhàn)略安全。對(duì)FL公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究,是對(duì)大型汽車集團(tuán)背景下的汽車物流公司的未來(lái)發(fā)展道路一次探索,也為其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究領(lǐng)域增添新鮮的血液。結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,本文首先對(duì)FL公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并闡述其存在的問題。第二,結(jié)合FL公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析公司所處的外部宏觀環(huán)境因素,這里運(yùn)用到PEST模型從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)發(fā)展角度對(duì)FL進(jìn)行分析。第三,運(yùn)用對(duì)標(biāo)分析理論找到FL公司與行業(yè)領(lǐng)先企業(yè)安吉物流之間差距所在。第四,運(yùn)用內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素分析矩陣對(duì)FL公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境與條件進(jìn)行分析、歸納與總結(jié)。第五,通過(guò)前面的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理重要工具之一的SWOT分析矩陣,歸納總結(jié)FL公司當(dāng)前面臨的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)及威脅。第六,利用科學(xué)的分析方法,同時(shí)結(jié)合FA集團(tuán)賦予FL公司的重要使命與FL公司的發(fā)展目標(biāo),明晰企業(yè)發(fā)展方向,并制定未來(lái)五年內(nèi)的總體和具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后提出了促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略落地的相關(guān)保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, with the rapid development of the domestic logistics industry, the service capacity and technical equipment conditions have improved significantly. Infrastructure networks and the gradual optimization of the development environment. This development and change has been repeatedly mentioned in the "medium and long term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry 2014-2020" issued by the State Council. In general, the logistics industry in China is undergoing gradual transformation and upgrading. China's economy is developing rapidly under the background of economic globalization, and the auto industry is moving forward to a higher level. In 2016, China's auto production and sales volume has exceeded the 28 million mark. As the most complex logistics classification in the logistics industry, the development of automobile logistics has been highly valued by the country and industry. With the continuous development of radio frequency identification technology and the continuous elimination and upgrading of logistics equipment, the development of automobile logistics enterprises will ushered in a broad space, at the same time, the requirements of customers will continue to upgrade with the implementation of the new GB1589 policy. While having the opportunity, the enterprise will also face the huge survival challenge. FL company, as a well-known enterprise and advanced unit in the domestic automobile logistics industry, is also a specialized automobile logistics company wholly owned by FA Group. The main mission is to ensure the safety of FA Group's logistics strategy. The research on FL company's development strategy is an exploration of the future development of automobile logistics company under the background of large automobile group. It also adds fresh blood to the field of development strategy research. Combined with the actual situation, this paper first analyzes the current development situation of FL Company and expounds its existing problems. Combined with the development of FL Company, the external macro-environment factors of the company are analyzed. The PEST model is applied to analyze FL from the perspective of political, economic, social and technological development. Using the theory of standard analysis to find out the gap between FL company and Anji logistics. 4th, using the internal environment analysis matrix to analyze the internal environment and conditions of FL company, conclude and summarize. 5th, Through the previous analysis of internal and external environment, using the SWOT analysis matrix, which is one of the important tools of strategic management, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by FL Company at present. 6th, using scientific analysis methods, At the same time, combining the important mission given by FA Group to FL Company and the development goal of FL Company, the development direction of the company is clarified, and the overall and specific development strategy in the next five years is worked out. Finally, the relevant safeguard measures to promote the strategy landing are put forward.
