【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,農(nóng)村發(fā)展問題已然成為了我國社會發(fā)展中的重要問題,而想要實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的有效發(fā)展,要求能夠為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的對外輸出提供更好的物流條件,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流問題是重點所在。對于我國而言,一直以來,由于我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量數(shù)量、產(chǎn)量規(guī)模等整體水平是參差不齊的,對農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了較大的阻礙,導(dǎo)致農(nóng)民收入水平是整體偏低的。分析落后原因,物流體系的缺失、不健全是導(dǎo)致我國當(dāng)前農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展滯后的重要因素。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展情況將會直接影響到農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,將農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)和消費有效的聯(lián)系起來。一方面,在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的作用下,消費者對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的消費需求能夠得到有效的滿足,另一方面,能夠保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的有效供給,此外,還能夠引導(dǎo)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展,推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展。佳木斯地區(qū)地廣人稀,是我國重要的商品糧基地,由于該地區(qū)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品商品化程度較高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的物流運輸以大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品為主,有別于其他地區(qū),很有典型意義。本文在歸納和分析國內(nèi)外關(guān)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合佳木斯地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的實地考察結(jié)果,利用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)信息和現(xiàn)狀分析,研究了佳木斯農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對于其中亟待解決的問題展開了論述,本文認為佳木斯地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展存在的問題包括:政府調(diào)控能力較弱,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的市場體系不完善,物流主體發(fā)育不良,組織架構(gòu)不規(guī)范,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不健全,流通渠道單一。針對這些問題本文就如何改進完善該地區(qū)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流體系提出了改進建議:本文認為應(yīng)提高政府的調(diào)控能力,建設(shè)政府農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流支持體系,加快農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流主體與行業(yè)協(xié)會建設(shè),推進農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進程,建立綠色低碳的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流系統(tǒng)。本文主要以佳木斯為例,進行了具體的案例分析,對于當(dāng)前農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的重要影響進行了闡述,并且提出了應(yīng)當(dāng)將現(xiàn)代化的信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段充分的運用到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流體系的建設(shè)之中,進而推動現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流體系的建立。健全農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流體系,能夠有效的帶動我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展。本文通過探索符合佳木斯農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的全新的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流模式,構(gòu)建科學(xué)、合理的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流服務(wù)體系,實現(xiàn)資源最大限度的優(yōu)化配置,加快推進佳木斯地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,利用本文的結(jié)果為我國其他地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流體系的建設(shè)提供借鑒和思考,推動我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the problem of rural development has become an important issue in the social development of our country. In order to realize the effective development of rural economy, it is necessary to provide better logistics conditions for the export of agricultural products. The logistics of agricultural products is the key issue. For our country, the overall level of quality, quantity and output scale of agricultural products in our country has been uneven, which has created a great hindrance to the development of rural economy. The farmers' income level is on the low side as a whole. Analysis of the reasons for the backwardness, the lack of logistics system, Unsoundness is an important factor leading to the lagged development of rural economy in our country. The development of agricultural products logistics will directly affect the development of rural economy and effectively link the production and consumption of agricultural products. On the one hand, Under the role of agricultural products logistics, consumers' consumption demand for agricultural products can be effectively met, on the other hand, it can ensure the effective supply of agricultural products, in addition, it can also guide the development of agricultural production. Promoting the rapid development of rural economy. Jiamusi is an important commodity grain base in China because of its sparse land and large areas. Because of the high degree of commercialization of agricultural products in this region, the logistics and transportation of agricultural products are dominated by bulk agricultural products, which are different from other regions. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research results of agricultural products logistics at home and abroad, combined with the field investigation results of agricultural products logistics in Jiamusi region, this paper makes use of relevant data information and current situation analysis. This paper studies the present situation of agricultural product logistics in Jiamusi, and discusses the problems that need to be solved. The problems in the development of agricultural product logistics in Jiamusi include: the government's ability to regulate and control is weak. The market system of agricultural products logistics is not perfect, the main body of logistics is not well developed, the organizational structure is not standardized, and the infrastructure is not perfect. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve and perfect the agricultural product logistics system in this area: the author thinks that the government should improve the control ability and build the government agricultural product logistics support system. Speeding up the construction of agricultural product logistics main body and trade association, promoting the process of agricultural product logistics standardization, establishing green and low-carbon agricultural product logistics system. This paper mainly takes Jiamusi as an example, carries on the concrete case analysis, This paper expounds the important influence of agricultural product logistics in the current rural economic development, and puts forward that the modern information technology and network means should be fully applied to the construction of agricultural product logistics system. In order to promote the establishment of modern agricultural product logistics system, improve the agricultural product logistics system, It can effectively promote the rapid development of rural economy in China. By exploring a new agricultural product logistics model in line with the development of rural economy in Jiamusi, this paper constructs a scientific and reasonable service system of agricultural product logistics. To achieve the maximum optimal allocation of resources, accelerate the modernization of agricultural product logistics in Jiamusi region, and use the results of this paper to provide reference and reflection for the construction of agricultural product logistics system in other regions of China. Promote the healthy development of our country's rural economy.
