應(yīng)急成品糧儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與仿真研究

【摘要】:應(yīng)急成品糧儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)不僅要保證應(yīng)急糧食儲(chǔ)糧品質(zhì)的基本要求,還需滿足應(yīng)急出庫(kù)時(shí)的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)能力的特殊需求。同時(shí),還應(yīng)對(duì)投入儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源進(jìn)行合理配置和評(píng)估。本文綜合考慮“安全儲(chǔ)糧”、“應(yīng)急響應(yīng)”和“經(jīng)濟(jì)成本”三方面因素對(duì)應(yīng)急成品糧儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)及方案評(píng)估。 從保證儲(chǔ)糧品質(zhì)的角度出發(fā),本文對(duì)應(yīng)急成品糧儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的建設(shè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討研究,主要包括倉(cāng)型選擇、規(guī)模設(shè)計(jì)、儲(chǔ)藏工藝等方面。為保證儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的物流效率水平及200t/h的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)能力,本文研究了儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)內(nèi)的物流模式,包括主要物流設(shè)備的選用、物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)布局的設(shè)計(jì)等,并重點(diǎn)研究了薄片托盤模式及其配套工藝在應(yīng)急成品糧儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)中的應(yīng)用。為評(píng)估儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性投入,本文借鑒工程概算方法并結(jié)合儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的特征,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)基于Excel軟件的建設(shè)投資粗估模型,并通過(guò)仿真輸出數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)方案的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本進(jìn)行粗略計(jì)算,供方案評(píng)估參考使用。為更好地對(duì)以上研究成果做出應(yīng)用說(shuō)明,本研究選取湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市作為應(yīng)用案例,從倉(cāng)型選擇、儲(chǔ)糧規(guī)模、儲(chǔ)藏工藝、庫(kù)內(nèi)物流模式等方面對(duì)該工程案例進(jìn)行綜合規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。參考以上研究成果,在為工程案例提供一個(gè)建設(shè)和物流規(guī)劃方案后,本文還借助物流仿真軟件AutoMod對(duì)該工程案例的緊急出庫(kù)及日常輪換這兩大關(guān)鍵物流場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行仿真建模,并根據(jù)仿真輸出數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)工程案例進(jìn)行應(yīng)急響應(yīng)能力驗(yàn)證和物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化。 本研究為我國(guó)即將投建的一批應(yīng)急成品糧儲(chǔ)備庫(kù)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)估方法提供參考及決策支撐。
[Abstract]:The planning and design of the emergency finished grain reserve should not only guarantee the basic requirements of the quality of the emergency grain storage, but also meet the special needs of the emergency response capacity when the emergency comes out of storage. At the same time, In addition, the rational allocation and evaluation of the economic resources should be carried out. The planning, design and evaluation of the emergency finished grain reserve should be carried out considering three factors: "safe grain storage", "emergency response" and "economic cost". From the point of view of ensuring grain quality, this paper discusses the construction planning and design of emergency finished grain reserve, mainly including warehouse selection, scale design, Storage technology and other aspects. In order to ensure the level of logistics efficiency and the emergency response ability of 200t / h, this paper studies the logistics mode in the storage, including the selection of main logistics equipment, the design of logistics storage layout, etc. The application of sheet tray model and its supporting technology in the emergency storage of finished product grain is studied emphatically. In order to evaluate the economic input of the storage bank, this paper draws lessons from the method of engineering estimation and combines the characteristics of the reserve bank. In this paper, a rough estimate model of construction investment based on Excel software is constructed, and the operating cost of the scheme is roughly calculated by the simulation output data, which can be used as a reference for the scheme evaluation. This study selects Changsha City of Hunan Province as an application case to carry on the comprehensive planning and design of the project case from the aspects of warehouse type selection, grain storage scale, storage technology, logistics mode in the storehouse and so on. After providing a construction and logistics planning scheme for engineering cases, this paper also simulates the two key logistics scenarios of emergency exit and daily rotation with the aid of logistics simulation software AutoMod. According to the simulation output data, the emergency response ability and logistics system optimization of engineering cases are verified. This study provides reference and decision support for the planning, design and evaluation methods of a batch of emergency finished grain reserves to be built in China.
