G鐵路物流園區(qū)布局規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:鐵路物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)具有大規(guī)模、復(fù)雜、建設(shè)周期長,投資金額大等特點(diǎn)的項(xiàng)目。鐵路物流園區(qū)的布局科學(xué)地規(guī)劃,對(duì)園區(qū)建設(shè)的整體環(huán)境乃至整體效益都有著積極的推動(dòng)作用,園區(qū)的各項(xiàng)功能更取決于合理科學(xué)的平面布局規(guī)劃。在布局規(guī)劃理論及實(shí)踐研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合G鐵路物流園區(qū)建設(shè)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目,從以下幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究:首先,通過鐵路物流園區(qū)與鐵路貨場(chǎng)及一般物流園區(qū)的對(duì)比分析,指出鐵路物流園區(qū)的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合一般布局規(guī)劃流程,引入鐵路物流園區(qū)布局形式的概念,設(shè)計(jì)鐵路物流園區(qū)布局規(guī)劃流程并指出不同的布局形式在園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的影響。其次,從布局形式出發(fā),根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況和貨站的類型,確定G鐵路物流園區(qū)為混合式布局。然而考慮到相關(guān)現(xiàn)狀,屬于混合式布局中分散部分的鋼鐵類相關(guān)功能區(qū)將直接采用貨場(chǎng)已有的相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備及用地,布局規(guī)劃最終針對(duì)集中式部分展開,并以此完成該部分布局規(guī)劃相關(guān)的前期工作,包括需求預(yù)測(cè)、功能區(qū)劃分、規(guī)模設(shè)計(jì)和作業(yè)流程分析。最后,針對(duì)集中式布局上存在的問題,建立符合G鐵路物流園區(qū)實(shí)際的布局?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)模型,使用改進(jìn)的遺傳算法求解。將求解所得的結(jié)果與實(shí)際結(jié)合,調(diào)整后得到一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的平面布局方案。通過以上研究,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際運(yùn)用布局規(guī)劃理論,對(duì)G鐵路物流園區(qū)及其相似鐵路物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The planning and construction of railway logistics park is a project with the characteristics of large scale, complex, long construction period, large investment amount, etc. The layout of railway logistics park is scientifically planned. It plays an active role in promoting the overall environment and even the overall benefit of the park construction. The functions of the park depend more on the rational and scientific layout planning. On the basis of the theoretical and practical research and analysis of the layout planning, In this paper, the construction planning of G railway logistics park is studied from the following aspects: firstly, through the comparative analysis of railway logistics park, railway freight yard and general logistics park, This paper points out the characteristics of railway logistics park and introduces the concept of railway logistics park layout form according to the general layout planning process. Design the layout planning process of railway logistics park and point out the influence of different layout forms in the planning and design of the park. Secondly, according to the actual situation of the project and the type of freight station, from the layout form, The G railway logistics park is determined to be a hybrid layout. However, considering the current situation, the related function areas of iron and steel, which belong to the dispersed parts of the hybrid layout, will directly adopt the relevant facilities and land used by the freight yard. Finally, the layout planning is focused on the centralized part, which is used to complete the preliminary work related to the layout planning, including demand forecasting, functional zoning, scale design and operation flow analysis. Aiming at the problems existing in centralized layout, the mathematical model of layout is established in accordance with the actual situation of G railway logistics park, and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. A scientific and reasonable plan of plane layout is obtained after adjustment. Through the above research, this paper combines with the actual application of layout planning theory, and has certain reference value for the planning and construction of G railway logistics park and its similar railway logistics park.
