【摘要】：目的:為我國(guó)藥品流通行業(yè)開展供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革提供產(chǎn)業(yè)組織研究基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)展建議。方法:運(yùn)用哈佛學(xué)派的結(jié)構(gòu)-行為-績(jī)效(SCP)分析范式對(duì)2010年以來(lái)我國(guó)藥品流通行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)行為、經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行深入研究。結(jié)果:自2010年以來(lái),我國(guó)藥品流通行業(yè)呈規(guī)模增速下降、市場(chǎng)集中度降低、行業(yè)進(jìn)入壁壘提高、國(guó)有資本主導(dǎo)等態(tài)勢(shì)。盡管企業(yè)兼并重組和上市融資規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,管理信息化、第三方物流、"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"和藥店聯(lián)盟等經(jīng)營(yíng)模式蓬勃發(fā)展,但行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效差,國(guó)有企業(yè)整體表現(xiàn)不佳。結(jié)論:應(yīng)針對(duì)性地加快推進(jìn)藥品流通行業(yè)的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)融資兼并,破除地方保護(hù)主義,發(fā)展合作式第三方醫(yī)藥物流和藥店聯(lián)盟,借力互聯(lián)網(wǎng)推動(dòng)行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide the research basis and development suggestion of industrial organization for the supply-side structural reform of the pharmaceutical circulation industry in China. Methods: to apply the structure-behavior-performance analysis paradigm of Harvard School to the pharmaceutical industry since 2010 in China. The market structure of the circulation industry, Results: since 2010, the scale of drug circulation industry in China has decreased, the market concentration has decreased, and the barriers to entry have been raised. Although enterprises' merger and reorganization and the scale of listed financing, management information, third party logistics, "Internet" and drugstore alliance have developed vigorously, but the performance of the industry is poor, Conclusion: the supply-side structural reform of pharmaceutical circulation industry should be accelerated, enterprise financing and merger should be encouraged, local protectionism should be eliminated, and cooperative third-party medical logistics and drugstore alliance should be developed. Use the Internet to promote the transformation and upgrading of the business model of the industry.
