【摘要】：物流行業(yè)在我國處于高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,倉儲(chǔ)作為物流業(yè)的核心環(huán)節(jié),與整個(gè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展以及人民的生活息息相關(guān),受到社會(huì)各個(gè)階層的廣泛關(guān)注。當(dāng)前我國物流行業(yè)正在逐步地向正規(guī)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方向發(fā)展,大多數(shù)物流企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)重心集中在倉儲(chǔ)與運(yùn)輸配送方面,物流企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸趨于白熱化,越來越多的物流企業(yè)意識(shí)到合理地的進(jìn)行倉儲(chǔ)優(yōu)化是企業(yè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。企業(yè)的物流倉儲(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)要以客戶的需求為導(dǎo)向,注重企業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)管理的合理化與高效化,從企業(yè)自身情況出發(fā),通過方案的實(shí)施全面提升物流企業(yè)的服務(wù)能力。面對(duì)復(fù)雜的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,如何科學(xué)地進(jìn)行企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)管理,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有的物流倉儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是A企業(yè)目前亟待解決的重要問題。本研究以A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)作為研究對(duì)象,首先梳理國內(nèi)外關(guān)于物流倉儲(chǔ)理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡述物流基礎(chǔ)理論以及物流倉儲(chǔ)基礎(chǔ)理論,為全文研究?jī)?nèi)容的開展奠定理論基礎(chǔ)和提供參考依據(jù)。然后介紹A企業(yè)概況并分析A企業(yè)的物流倉儲(chǔ)現(xiàn)狀,主要分析A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)布局以及物流倉儲(chǔ)作業(yè)流程現(xiàn)狀,通過對(duì)管理以及設(shè)計(jì)方面的分析,對(duì)A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)工作中存在的問題進(jìn)行闡釋,找出A企業(yè)在物流倉儲(chǔ)方面存在的問題,確定在對(duì)A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),應(yīng)保存和發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì),規(guī)避劣勢(shì);接著提出A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)思想及思路,明確設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)內(nèi)容以及設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn),并從倉儲(chǔ)空間布置、倉儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化、倉儲(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確立、組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整以及考核體系制定等方面具體設(shè)計(jì)A企業(yè)的物流倉儲(chǔ)方案;最后提出A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施的保障措施。本研究為A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)提供最佳的設(shè)計(jì)方案,有助于提高A企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)效率、減少機(jī)械設(shè)備耗損、健全企業(yè)物流倉儲(chǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化模式,從而提升A企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The logistics industry is in a period of rapid development in our country. As the core link of the logistics industry, warehousing is closely related to the development of the whole society and the life of the people. At present, the logistics industry in our country is gradually developing towards normalization and standardization. Most logistics enterprises focus on warehousing and transportation distribution. The competition among logistics enterprises is becoming more and more intense. More and more logistics enterprises realize that reasonable warehouse optimization is the key link to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The logistics warehousing design of enterprises should be based on the needs of customers. We should pay attention to the rationalization and high efficiency of the enterprise warehouse management, proceed from the enterprise's own situation, and improve the service ability of the logistics enterprise through the implementation of the plan. In the face of the complex competition environment, how to carry on the enterprise logistics warehouse management scientifically, And to optimize the design of the existing logistics warehousing is an important problem to be solved urgently in enterprise A. this study takes the logistics warehousing of enterprise A as the research object, firstly combing the domestic and foreign research status of logistics warehousing theory. The basic theory of logistics and the basic theory of logistics warehousing are expatiated to lay the theoretical foundation and provide the reference basis for the development of the full text research content. Then the general situation of enterprise A is introduced and the present situation of logistics warehousing in enterprise A is analyzed. This paper mainly analyzes the layout of logistics warehousing and the current situation of logistics warehousing process in enterprise A. Through the analysis of management and design, it explains the problems existing in the logistics warehousing of enterprise A. To find out the problems existing in the logistics warehousing of enterprise A, to determine that in the design of logistics warehousing of enterprise A, the existing advantages and disadvantages should be preserved and brought into full play, and the design ideas and ideas of logistics warehousing of enterprise A should be put forward. Clear the design objectives and design focus, and from the storage space layout, warehousing business process optimization, warehousing standard establishment, organizational structure adjustment and assessment system formulation aspects of the specific design of logistics warehousing plan of enterprise A; Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of logistics warehouse design for A enterprise. This research provides the best design scheme for A enterprise logistics warehousing, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of logistics warehousing in A enterprise and reduce the wear and tear of machinery and equipment. Improve the standardization mode of logistics warehousing in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise A, promote the innovation of enterprise warehousing business, and lay the foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
