【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)系統(tǒng)逐步在我國(guó)的大型企業(yè)實(shí)施。ERP是一種主要面向制造行業(yè),進(jìn)行物質(zhì)資源、資金資源和信息資源集成一體化管理的企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng),可以提供跨地區(qū)、跨部門、甚至跨公司整合實(shí)時(shí)信息,從而大幅提升企業(yè)的資源利用效率。其中生產(chǎn)控制是ERP系統(tǒng)的核心所在,它將企業(yè)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程有機(jī)的結(jié)合在一起,使得企業(yè)能夠有效的降低庫存,提高效率。本論文針對(duì)華津集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)過程的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)ERP生產(chǎn)控制管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠提供訂單管理、生產(chǎn)控制管理、倉庫管理、物流管理和系統(tǒng)管理等功能。其中訂單管理包括對(duì)銷售訂單進(jìn)行增加、修改、刪除、查詢等操作;生產(chǎn)控制管理實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的控制,包括對(duì)生產(chǎn)工藝、操作人員、流水線的管控等操作;倉庫管理是對(duì)倉庫成品的管理,包括成品的入庫、出庫、查詢等操作;物流管理是對(duì)倉庫中的成品根據(jù)訂單的情況進(jìn)行發(fā)貨的管理;系統(tǒng)管理包括用戶的登錄與注銷,權(quán)限控制等功能。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用SSH集成框架(Struts、Spring、Hibernate)和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,具有構(gòu)建靈活、易于擴(kuò)展、開發(fā)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。論文首先分析了華津集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)控制管理系統(tǒng)的功能和性能需求,然后對(duì)生產(chǎn)控制管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)等;在此基礎(chǔ)上,介紹系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的詳細(xì)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案;最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試。目前本論文開發(fā)的生產(chǎn)控制管理系統(tǒng)已在華津集團(tuán)內(nèi)部上線運(yùn)行,集團(tuán)內(nèi)部員工可通過系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)訂單與生產(chǎn)管理數(shù)據(jù)的查詢與監(jiān)控,從而成功解決了之前各分公司之間生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)難以進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)交互的問題。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and network technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is gradually implemented in large enterprises in our country. ERP is a kind of material resources, which is mainly oriented to manufacturing industry. The enterprise information management system, which integrates capital resources and information resources, can provide real-time information integration across regions, departments and even companies. The production control is the core of the ERP system, which organically combines the whole production process of the enterprise, so that the enterprise can effectively reduce the inventory. This paper designs and implements a ERP production control management system, which can provide order management, production control management and warehouse management. Logistics management and system management. Order management includes adding, modifying, deleting and querying sales order. Production control management realizes the control of production scheduling, including production process, operator, etc. Pipeline's management and control; warehouse management is the management of the finished goods in the warehouse, including the storage, exit, inquiry and other operations; Logistics management is the delivery of goods in the warehouse according to the order of the management; The system management includes user login and logout, privilege control and so on. The system development adopts SSH integrated framework and MySQL database, which is flexible and easy to expand. The paper first analyzes the function and performance requirements of the production control management system of Huazin Group, and then designs the production control management system, including the overall structure design, function module design, database design and so on. On this basis, the detailed implementation scheme of each functional module of the system is introduced. Finally, the function test of the system is carried out. At present, the production control management system developed in this paper has been running online within Huazin Group. The staff in the group can query and monitor the real-time order and production management data through the system, thus successfully solving the problem that the production data is difficult to interact with each other in the past.
