【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代化物流以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,猶如被注入了一針強(qiáng)心劑,食品分銷行業(yè)從過去簡單的地區(qū)性采購和銷售的簡單模式,向全球采購、多地區(qū)多渠道銷售模式轉(zhuǎn)變。食品分銷行業(yè)面臨著來自終端渠道越來越大的壓力,市場控制權(quán)掌握在少數(shù)關(guān)鍵客戶手中,由此導(dǎo)致的交貨周期縮減的壓力,渠道終端的不斷壓價(jià)、快速換貨或退貨的要求。同時(shí),食品分銷行業(yè)還面臨產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新的壓力,消費(fèi)者對(duì)于口味的需求容易受到健康觀念和生活方式的影響,品牌和產(chǎn)品的忠誠度降低,使得企業(yè)必須不斷地調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和推出創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。在雙重壓力下,如何從各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)改進(jìn)管理能力,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,降低運(yùn)營成本成為了食品分銷行業(yè)的一道難題�；诙嗄暝诜咒N行業(yè)的實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn),SAP形成了自己不斷改進(jìn)的行業(yè)最佳實(shí)踐,針對(duì)公司內(nèi)外部所有流程的管理都供了很好的解決方案。但是在面臨中國特殊國情和市場環(huán)境時(shí),需要通過更為本地化和更加靈活的實(shí)施和解決方案,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)升管理能力的目標(biāo)。本文在對(duì)中國特殊國情以及食品分銷行業(yè)特點(diǎn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,出了對(duì)于個(gè)別關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的改進(jìn)建議和解決方案。本文首先闡述了食品分銷行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)和該行業(yè)企業(yè)面臨的壓力,針對(duì)食品分銷行業(yè)的SAP實(shí)施需求,介紹了基于行業(yè)解決方案包Fast-Food的實(shí)施方法改進(jìn)。Fast-Food是針對(duì)食品行業(yè),推出的一套整合SAP解決方案、配置、開發(fā)和實(shí)施方法論的打包方案�；谠摲桨�,本文對(duì)于食品分銷行業(yè)面臨的諸如銷售品類數(shù)量龐大、庫存的特殊管理要求、物料需求預(yù)測困難、來自終端銷售和上游采購的壓力等關(guān)鍵問題給出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。最后以本人在食品分銷企業(yè)SAP實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的工作為例,詳細(xì)說明基于Fast-Food方案包解決企業(yè)關(guān)鍵問題的具體方案,為國內(nèi)相關(guān)行業(yè)SAP的系統(tǒng)實(shí)施供了一些理論參考和實(shí)現(xiàn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern logistics and the Internet, it seems that the food distribution industry has been injected with a shot of strength, the food distribution industry from the past simple regional procurement and sales simple model, to the global procurement, The food distribution industry is facing increasing pressure from the end channel, the control of the market is in the hands of a few key customers, resulting in the pressure to shorten the delivery cycle. At the same time, the food distribution industry also faces the pressure of product structure innovation, consumer's demand for taste is easily affected by health concept and lifestyle. The decrease of brand and product loyalty makes it necessary for the enterprise to constantly adjust the product structure and introduce innovative products. Under the double pressure, how to improve the management ability and optimize the business process from all aspects, Reducing operating costs has become a challenge in the food distribution industry, where SAP has developed its own industry best practices based on years of experience in the distribution industry. Management of all processes within and outside the company provides a good solution. However, in the face of China's special conditions and market environment, more localized and flexible implementation and solutions are needed. Based on the analysis of the special situation of China and the characteristics of food distribution industry, In this paper, the characteristics of the food distribution industry and the pressure faced by the industry are described, and the demand for SAP implementation in the food distribution industry is discussed. This paper introduces a package of integrated SAP solutions, configuration, development and implementation methodology for the food industry, which is based on the implementation of the industry solution package Fast-Food. In this paper, it is difficult to predict the material demand for the food distribution industry, such as the huge quantity of sales categories, the special management requirements of inventory, and the difficulty of forecasting material demand. Finally, taking the implementation of SAP project in the food distribution enterprise as an example, the concrete scheme of solving the key problems of enterprise based on Fast-Food package is explained in detail, which comes from the pressure of terminal sales and upstream purchasing. It provides some theoretical reference and implementation suggestions for the system implementation of SAP in domestic related industries.
