【摘要】:混流汽車(chē)裝配線(xiàn)工藝復(fù)雜,關(guān)鍵位置緩存區(qū)數(shù)量難以確定,造成裝配線(xiàn)無(wú)法正常、高效運(yùn)行。文章以評(píng)價(jià)混流汽車(chē)裝配線(xiàn)重要因素的裝配線(xiàn)平滑指數(shù)和產(chǎn)能最大化為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),建立以混流汽車(chē)裝配線(xiàn)工藝信息、空間布局、物流路徑為約束條件,關(guān)鍵位置緩存區(qū)數(shù)量為變量的仿真模型;針對(duì)該問(wèn)題的復(fù)雜性,提出了一種基于遺傳算法的仿真優(yōu)化算法,并在Delmia/QUEST仿真環(huán)境中進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化,從而確定關(guān)鍵位置緩存區(qū)最優(yōu)數(shù)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配線(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡和產(chǎn)能最大化。
[Abstract]:The assembly line of mixed-flow vehicle is complicated, and the number of key location buffer areas is difficult to determine, which causes the assembly line to be unable to run normally and efficiently. In this paper, the optimization goal is to evaluate the assembly line smoothness index and productivity maximization of the important factors in the assembly line of mixed-flow vehicle assembly line. A simulation model with process information, spatial layout and logistics path as constraint conditions and the number of buffer areas in key locations as variables is established. In view of the complexity of the problem, a simulation optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed. Simulation optimization is carried out in Delmia/QUEST simulation environment to determine the optimal number of buffer areas in key locations and to realize dynamic balance of assembly line and maximization of production capacity.
