【摘要】：計算機自動配棉系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)HVI數(shù)據(jù)來接收棉包并進(jìn)行倉儲管理,根據(jù)棉包信息打印棉包標(biāo)簽,再根據(jù)配棉要求,選擇棉包并進(jìn)行重新分類分組,然后對庫存原料進(jìn)行分析統(tǒng)計,選擇合理的配棉方案,從而優(yōu)化配棉組合,降低配棉成本,提高終端產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。本人參加國產(chǎn)計算機自動配棉系統(tǒng)驗證的全過程,自動配棉系統(tǒng)在紡織企業(yè)的應(yīng)用取得了很好的效果,但由于市場、裝卸、場地等因素的影響,自動配棉系統(tǒng)在紡織企業(yè)并沒有得到有效地推廣。本文同時也就計算機自動配棉系統(tǒng)在棉花流通企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行探討,發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的優(yōu)勢,由棉花加工企業(yè)或者棉花倉儲企業(yè)為紡織企業(yè)提供計算機自動配棉服務(wù),或者是運用計算機自動配棉系統(tǒng)的分類分組功能對棉花進(jìn)行優(yōu)化挑揀,以達(dá)到細(xì)化指標(biāo)、優(yōu)棉優(yōu)用的目的,借此也可以推動我國棉花物流現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:The computer automatic cotton distribution system receives the cotton package and carries on the storage management according to the HVI data, prints the cotton package label according to the cotton package information, then according to the cotton distribution request, selects the cotton bag and carries on the classification grouping, then carries on the analysis and the statistics to the stock raw material. In order to optimize the cotton combination, reduce the cost of cotton distribution and improve the quality of the terminal product, I participate in the whole process of the verification of the automatic cotton distribution system made in China. The application of automatic cotton distribution system in textile enterprises has achieved good results, but due to the market, loading and unloading, site and other factors, Automatic cotton distribution system has not been effectively popularized in textile enterprises. This paper also discusses the application of computer automatic cotton distribution system in cotton circulation enterprises to give play to the advantages of industrial chain. Cotton processing enterprises or cotton warehousing enterprises provide computer automatic cotton distribution services for textile enterprises, or use the classification and grouping functions of the computer automatic cotton distribution system to optimize and select cotton in order to achieve the refinement index. The purpose of superior cotton use can also promote the development process of cotton logistics modernization in China.
