【摘要】:就目前而言,安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整階段。因?yàn)殡S著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷調(diào)整,各類服務(wù)意識(shí)也在日益改變,傳統(tǒng)的國際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)已經(jīng)無法滿足現(xiàn)代貨主的服務(wù)要求,F(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)的不斷深入,原始貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)被綜合性的物流服務(wù)所替代,并占據(jù)主要市場(chǎng)份額。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)的發(fā)展核心,可以明確企業(yè)的獲利能力與發(fā)展?jié)摿?并且?guī)椭髽I(yè)的長期性可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。然而,科技在不斷進(jìn)步,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息模式與現(xiàn)代化的物流管理使國際貨運(yùn)代理有限公司陷入了新的發(fā)展困境。企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境與發(fā)展模式發(fā)生了質(zhì)的改變,但是也給企業(yè)帶來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。就國內(nèi)外國際貨運(yùn)代理市場(chǎng)而言,也出現(xiàn)了新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主體,安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司所面臨的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力也在逐漸增加,公司開始進(jìn)行新的反思與探索,試圖尋找新的戰(zhàn)略模式,進(jìn)行經(jīng)營策略轉(zhuǎn)型。 安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司于2008年在海南成立,專業(yè)從事貨物的進(jìn)出口運(yùn)輸代理,具體業(yè)務(wù)是安排貨物的訂艙、提貨、送貨、報(bào)關(guān)、清關(guān)、海關(guān)以及商檢查驗(yàn)、與發(fā)貨人、收貨人之間貨物運(yùn)輸方面信息傳遞等。但是近幾年,安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司在市場(chǎng)外部環(huán)境、公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境中出現(xiàn)了一些制約發(fā)展的因素,并造成運(yùn)營成本的增加與利潤空間的減小。因此,本文以安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司為例,對(duì)安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司轉(zhuǎn)型需求、經(jīng)營思路內(nèi)容、策略實(shí)施進(jìn)行分析,企圖對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營策略轉(zhuǎn)型從提出到實(shí)施過程進(jìn)行梳理,給予安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司戰(zhàn)略落地和企業(yè)經(jīng)營一定的借鑒和參考,以及促進(jìn)安捷瑞國際貨運(yùn)代理公司的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:For the time being, Agile International Freight Agency has entered a strategic adjustment phase. Because with the constant adjustment of the social economy, the consciousness of various services is also changing day by day. Traditional international freight forwarders have been unable to meet the service requirements of modern cargo owners. With the deepening of modern logistics services, the original freight forwarding services have been replaced by comprehensive logistics services. Enterprise strategy is the core of enterprise development, it can define the profitability and development potential of the enterprise, and help the long-term sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. The network information mode and the modern logistics management make the international freight forwarder co., Ltd fall into the new development predicament. The living environment and development mode of the enterprise have changed qualitatively. But it also brings new development opportunities to enterprises. As far as the international freight forwarding market at home and abroad is concerned, there are also new competitors, and the market competition pressure faced by Agile International Freight Agency Company is also gradually increasing. The company began to reflect and explore, try to find a new strategic model, business strategy transformation. Agile international freight forwarding company was established in 2008 in Hainan, specializing in the import and export transport agent of goods, the specific business is to arrange cargo booking, pick up, delivery, customs declaration, customs clearance, customs and commodity inspection and inspection, with the consignor, Transportation of goods between consignees and so on. However, in recent years, Agile International Freight Agency has appeared some factors restricting its development in the external market environment and the internal environment of the company. Therefore, taking Agile International Freight Agency Company as an example, this paper analyzes the transformation demand, business content and strategy implementation of Agile International Freight Agency Company. This paper attempts to comb the transformation of business strategy from putting forward to implementation, to give Agile International Freight Agency strategic landing and enterprise management reference and to promote the healthy development of Agile International Freight Agency.
