基于多模型的層次式車間布局研究與系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:由于客戶的個(gè)性化需求不斷變化,市場(chǎng)需要快速響應(yīng)以應(yīng)對(duì)這種變化,這對(duì)當(dāng)今企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)帶來(lái)了不小的挑戰(zhàn)。車間設(shè)施布局設(shè)計(jì)是生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一,是影響車間物流成本的重要因素,如何設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)符合生產(chǎn)要求的設(shè)施布局不僅是企業(yè)關(guān)心的核心問(wèn)題,也是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的熱門課題。本文針對(duì)企業(yè)需求、結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)夕外現(xiàn)有的設(shè)施布局技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜合分析,提出多模型的層次布局策略,有效快速地解決該類車間設(shè)施布局的完整性問(wèn)題,改善NP難的屬性,在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)車間布局原型系統(tǒng),來(lái)驗(yàn)證研究成果的有效性和可行性。本論文的主要研究工作如下:(1)分析和調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)設(shè)施布局設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,梳理研究思路,明確研究目的,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開展本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容。(2)研究車間布局設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)涵和分類,并分析現(xiàn)有車間布局設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),對(duì)經(jīng)典的設(shè)計(jì)布置技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出層次布局策略,并詳細(xì)闡述該策略的思想及流程。(3)通過(guò)研究現(xiàn)有車間布局模型和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),結(jié)合功能區(qū)布局的特點(diǎn)建立二次分配模型;研究eM-plant仿真技術(shù)的主要步驟和方法以及在車間設(shè)備布局中的應(yīng)用;建立基于QAP的功能區(qū)布局仿真模型,利用遺傳算法工具箱進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化。(4)針對(duì)總體布局建立多行布局的混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,利用遺傳算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;采用整數(shù)編碼、二進(jìn)制編碼、實(shí)數(shù)編碼三種編碼方式進(jìn)行混合編碼;將SLP方法得到的布局解替代初始種群中的部分個(gè)體;采用拉丁超立方抽樣法確定抽樣樣本,獲取其仿真樣本集;通過(guò)自組織映射方法對(duì)收斂參數(shù)集映射,實(shí)現(xiàn)遺傳算子取值范圍的縮減。(5)將遺傳算法和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)有效結(jié)合起來(lái),基于C#}0MATLAB混合編程方式開發(fā)一套層次式車間布局原型系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)上述研究和應(yīng)用工作,本文試圖解決離散制造系統(tǒng)車間布局問(wèn)題,為之提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)及便利的決策支持。
[Abstract]:Because of the changing individual demand of customers, the market needs to respond quickly to this change, which brings a great challenge to the production and operation of today's enterprises. The layout design of workshop facilities is one of the key problems in production planning. It is an important factor that affects the cost of workshop logistics. How to design a facility layout that meets the production requirements is not only the core problem of the enterprise concerned, but also a hot topic studied by domestic and foreign scholars. This paper aims at the demand of the enterprise. According to the actual production situation and the comprehensive analysis of the existing facilities layout technology in China, a multi-model hierarchical layout strategy is put forward, which can effectively and quickly solve the integrality problem of this kind of workshop facility layout and improve the NP-hard attribute. On this basis, the prototype system of workshop layout is developed to verify the validity and feasibility of the research results. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1) analyzing and investigating the present research situation of facility layout design methods at home and abroad, combing the research ideas. On the basis of this, the connotation and classification of workshop layout design are studied, and the advantages and disadvantages of existing workshop layout design technology are analyzed, and the classical design layout technology is summarized. On this basis, the hierarchical layout strategy is put forward, and the idea and flow of the strategy are described in detail. By studying the existing workshop layout model and evaluation index, the secondary distribution model is established according to the characteristics of the functional area layout. The main steps and methods of eM-plant simulation technology and its application in workshop layout are studied, and the function area layout simulation model based on QAP is established. Genetic algorithm toolbox for simulation optimization. 4) for the overall layout of the mixed integer programming model, using genetic algorithm to optimize, using integer coding, binary coding, The three coding methods of real number coding are mixed coding, the layout solution obtained by SLP method is used to replace some individuals in the initial population, the Latin hypercube sampling method is used to determine the sampling sample, and the simulation sample set is obtained. By using self-organizing mapping method to map convergent parameter sets, the value range of genetic operator can be reduced. (5) genetic algorithm and computer aided technique are effectively combined together. Based on the mixed programming method of C #} 0MATLAB, a hierarchical shop layout prototype system is developed. Through the above research and application work, this paper attempts to solve the workshop layout problem of discrete manufacturing system, and provides scientific theoretical basis and convenient decision support for it.
