【摘要】：計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展促使傳統(tǒng)的物流業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流的飛速轉(zhuǎn)變,物流園區(qū)在促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)效益等方面的重要作用也越來(lái)越受到重視。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)的高效運(yùn)營(yíng),實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利也成為研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文以煤炭行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為背景,首先介紹了園區(qū)的相關(guān)概念、園區(qū)的集群效應(yīng)理論和價(jià)值鏈理論,并且分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外的物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式,成功的園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理案例給我國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)等內(nèi)容。然后以行唐縣冀中煤炭物流園區(qū)的項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)為主要內(nèi)容,結(jié)合行唐縣冀中煤炭物流園區(qū)的自身的發(fā)展情況,依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取原則,通過(guò)參閱大量的參考文獻(xiàn),初步選取59個(gè)園區(qū)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。并且設(shè)計(jì)了“行唐縣冀中煤炭物流園區(qū)的指標(biāo)重要性程度的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷”對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了信度檢驗(yàn),根據(jù)回收的有效問(wèn)卷,依據(jù)得分統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果,對(duì)初步構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,最終確定了行唐縣冀中煤炭物流園區(qū)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。本文通過(guò)對(duì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度評(píng)價(jià)法、主成分分析法等綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法的適用范圍、工作原理進(jìn)行比較。鑒于物流園區(qū)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)具有難以全部以量化、指標(biāo)多、層次多的特點(diǎn),本文選用了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)園區(qū)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。采用多級(jí)模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法,建立五級(jí)評(píng)語(yǔ)集,運(yùn)用層次分析法求出各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,同時(shí)以比重法進(jìn)行各個(gè)因素的隸屬度計(jì)算,在計(jì)算隸屬度值時(shí)采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法搜集數(shù)據(jù),在SPSS軟件中對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信度檢驗(yàn)。經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算,分析各個(gè)指標(biāo)所屬的評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí),根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)找到制約園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的因素并且提出針對(duì)性建議。運(yùn)用多級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)物流園區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),具有較好的操作性,其結(jié)果具有一定的科學(xué)性和客觀性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer network and information technology, the traditional logistics industry is changing rapidly to modern logistics. The important role of logistics park in promoting the development of urban economy and social benefit has been paid more and more attention. How to realize the efficient operation of the park and how to realize the profit have become the hot spot of the research. The background of this paper is the development of the coal industry. First of all, it introduces the related concepts of the park, the cluster effect theory and the value chain theory of the park, and analyzes the operation and management mode of the logistics park at home and abroad. The successful case of operation and management of the park gives the experience of our country and so on. Then taking the project evaluation of Jizhong Coal Logistics Park in Xingtang County as the main content, combined with the development of the Coal Logistics Park in Jizhong County of Xingtang County, According to the selection principle of evaluation index, by referring to a large number of references, The evaluation index of 59 parks is selected preliminarily. And the questionnaire of the importance of coal logistics park index in Jizhong County of Xingtang County is designed to test the reliability of the questionnaire. According to the valid questionnaire collected, according to the result of score statistics, the reliability of the questionnaire is tested. Finally, the evaluation index system of Jizhong Coal Logistics Park in Xingtang County is determined. The scope of application and working principle of comprehensive evaluation methods such as principal component analysis are compared. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the operation effect of the park. The multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is used to establish the five-level evaluation set, and the weight of each index is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). At the same time, the specific gravity method is used to calculate the membership degree of each factor. The questionnaire method is used to collect the data, and the reliability of the data is tested in the SPSS software. After calculation, the evaluation grade of each index is analyzed. According to the evaluation level, the factors restricting the operation and management of the park are found and suggestions are put forward. The multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect of the operation and management of the logistics park. The result is scientific and objective.
