【摘要】：隨著京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的深入開展和區(qū)域商貿(mào)格局的不斷演變,京津商貿(mào)功能的向外疏解和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移為河北省大力發(fā)展商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)、打造現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群帶來重要契機(jī)。本文基于商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和商貿(mào)產(chǎn)業(yè)作用機(jī)理對二者相互影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,并從商貿(mào)行業(yè)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢和商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群現(xiàn)狀兩個(gè)方面對河北省發(fā)展現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的基礎(chǔ)和條件進(jìn)行闡述,在結(jié)合政策導(dǎo)向分析總結(jié)河北省現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)功能定位以及區(qū)位和交通優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上,從商貿(mào)物流業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新、模式創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和管理體制改革四個(gè)方面提出了河北省現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新思路,為加強(qiáng)和完善河北省現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)、推動(dòng)商貿(mào)物流集聚發(fā)展提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development strategy and the continuous evolution of regional trade pattern, the function of Beijing-Tianjin trade and trade has been unlocked and the industry has been transferred to the development of trade logistics industry in Hebei Province. This paper analyzes the relationship between trade logistics industry cluster and trade industry based on the mechanism of trade logistics industry cluster and trade industry. And from the operation situation of the trade industry and the current situation of the trade logistics industry cluster, the paper expounds the foundation and conditions of the development of the modern trade logistics industry cluster in Hebei Province. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the function orientation, location and transportation advantages of the modern trade logistics industry in Hebei Province, the paper innovates the business pattern and mode of the trade logistics from the perspective of policy orientation. Four aspects of technological innovation and management system reform put forward the innovative ideas for the development of modern trade logistics industry cluster in Hebei Province, which provides a theoretical reference for strengthening and perfecting the construction of modern trade logistics industry in Hebei Province and promoting the development of trade logistics agglomeration.
