【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)、通信及物流等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,自動化立體倉庫越來越得到企業(yè)的重視。其自動控制與管理技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,明顯提高了企業(yè)的作業(yè)效率和管理質(zhì)量,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代化物流系統(tǒng)中不可或缺的一部分。在注塑行業(yè)中,模具存在隨意堆放、運(yùn)輸和管理困難等問題,江蘇ZS公司針對上述問題,提出了構(gòu)建模具立體倉庫的想法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文研究并設(shè)計(jì)了一套適合注塑模具立體倉庫的自動控制與管理系統(tǒng)。本文針對注塑企業(yè)存在的問題提出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和解決方案,并對注塑模具倉庫自動控制與管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了整體設(shè)計(jì),包括倉庫的硬件設(shè)備及功能構(gòu)成。根據(jù)自動化立體倉庫的特點(diǎn)和企業(yè)需求,進(jìn)行了堆垛機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。完成了堆垛機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì),主要包括運(yùn)動控制、位置控制、安全保護(hù)以及通信等;并完成了堆垛機(jī)PLC控制系統(tǒng)的I/O分配、電路圖設(shè)計(jì)以及主要控制程序設(shè)計(jì)。為了確保堆垛機(jī)運(yùn)行過程中的穩(wěn)定性、快速性和準(zhǔn)確性,研究了模糊PID控制器的原理,并利用Simulink對本系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了仿真。最后為實(shí)現(xiàn)模具倉庫的信息化管理,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于ASP.NET的注塑模具倉庫管理系統(tǒng)。采用UML建模方法對管理系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了建模;然后對系統(tǒng)的體系、功能架構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);并對系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊進(jìn)行了編程實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer, communication and logistics technology, automated warehouse is paid more and more attention by enterprises. The application of automatic control and management technology, improve the enterprise's operation efficiency and management quality, has become an integral part of modern logistics system. In the injection molding industry, mold are piled up at random, and transportation the management problems of Jiangsu ZS company, aiming at the above problems, put forward to build the mold warehouse idea. On this basis, the automatic control and management system of this paper research and design a suitable injection mold warehouse. Aiming at the problems of injection enterprises proposed system design goals and solutions, and the injection molding mold warehouse automatic control and management system for the overall design, hardware and function including the warehouse. According to the characteristics of the automated warehouse And the business needs, system design of stacker control. Complete the function design of the control system of stacker, including motion control, position control, safety protection and communication; and complete the I/O distribution of stacking machine PLC control system, the main circuit design and control program design. In order to ensure the stability of the stacker running process the rapidity and accuracy of the principle of fuzzy PID controller, and use Simulink to simulate the system mathematical model. Finally, to realize information management of mould warehouse, this paper designed a injection mold warehouse management system based on ASP.NET. Using the UML modeling method is used to model the management system requirements; and the system function, system architecture and database design; and the main function of the system modules are realized.
