【摘要】：國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟作為國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的一種新型組織形式,其目的是通過(guò)構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)物流聯(lián)盟進(jìn)一步整合資源,提高國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益和管理技術(shù)水平,并實(shí)現(xiàn)一定的社會(huì)效益。本文系統(tǒng)地研究了國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟的構(gòu)建過(guò)程、組織模式、合作伙伴選擇及收益分配等相關(guān)問(wèn)題,為國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下： 首先,分析了我國(guó)第三方物流基于資源整合的動(dòng)態(tài)物流聯(lián)盟背景,結(jié)合我國(guó)第三方物流企業(yè)中的特殊群體——國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè),對(duì)其實(shí)施動(dòng)態(tài)物流聯(lián)盟模式的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素及可行性進(jìn)行分析,得出：為了優(yōu)化配置資源、降低交易成本、形成規(guī)模效應(yīng),國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流有需要也有條件構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)物流聯(lián)盟。 其次,根據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)物流聯(lián)盟的基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)和關(guān)鍵要素,結(jié)合國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流特色,推導(dǎo)出國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟的定義,指出了它的內(nèi)涵及特征。并根據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟的生命周期理論,闡述了國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟的構(gòu)建過(guò)程。 然后,根據(jù)動(dòng)態(tài)物流聯(lián)盟的一般模式,探討出國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟的最佳模式應(yīng)當(dāng)是具有較強(qiáng)核心能力的國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu),以信息、業(yè)務(wù)、技術(shù)三大平臺(tái)為支撐,結(jié)合客戶群和合作伙伴而成的組織模式。同時(shí),對(duì)國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建過(guò)程中的伙伴選擇與收益分配進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析并給出建議：合作伙伴應(yīng)該在基于核心能力評(píng)價(jià),以互補(bǔ)性、敏捷性、信任、創(chuàng)新的原則基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行篩選組合；收益分配應(yīng)考慮整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的需求發(fā)展,根據(jù)聯(lián)盟成員企業(yè)資源的投入、貢獻(xiàn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)的大小,以公平合理為原則建立分配機(jī)制。 最后,分析S國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流公司案例,總結(jié)出國(guó)儲(chǔ)物流系統(tǒng)采取動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟模式的意義及價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As a new type of organization for the development of national storage logistics enterprises, the purpose of the dynamic alliance is to further integrate the resources through the construction of the dynamic logistics alliance, and to improve the economic benefits and management technology of the national storage logistics enterprises. And achieve certain social benefits. This paper systematically studies the construction process, organization model, partner selection and income distribution of the dynamic alliance of the State Reserve Logistics, and so on. It provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of dynamic alliance for the national reserve logistics enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. First of all, the paper analyzes the dynamic logistics alliance based on the integration of resources in the third party logistics of our country, combining with the special group of the third party logistics enterprise in our country-the national reserve logistics enterprise. Through the analysis of the driving factors and feasibility of implementing the dynamic logistics alliance, it is concluded that in order to optimize the allocation of resources, reduce transaction costs and form a scale effect, it is necessary and conditional for the State Reserve Logistics to build a dynamic logistics alliance. Secondly, according to the basic platform and key elements of the dynamic logistics alliance, combined with the characteristics of the national storage logistics, the definition of the dynamic alliance is deduced, and the connotation and characteristics of the dynamic logistics alliance are pointed out, and according to the life cycle theory of the dynamic logistics alliance, This paper expounds the process of constructing the dynamic alliance of National Reserve Logistics. Then, according to the general model of the dynamic logistics alliance, the best model of the dynamic alliance should be the national storage logistics enterprise with strong core competence as the leading coordinating organization, with information and business. Technology three platforms for the support of a combination of customers and partners from the organizational model. At the same time, This paper makes a detailed analysis of partner selection and income distribution in the process of constructing the logistics alliance of the National Reserve and gives some suggestions: partners should be evaluated on the basis of core competence in order to complement each other, be agile, and trust. Based on the principle of innovation, the distribution of income should consider the development of the demand of the whole system, and establish the allocation mechanism according to the input, contribution and risk bearing of the enterprise resources of the alliance member enterprises, taking the principle of fairness and reasonableness as the principle. Finally, the paper analyzes the case of S National Storage Logistics Company, and summarizes the significance and value of adopting dynamic alliance model.
