【摘要】：隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)亟需降低其生產(chǎn)成本以應(yīng)對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而使用“減少資源損耗”及“提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率”發(fā)掘利潤(rùn)的空間開始變得愈來(lái)愈小,物流配送逐步成為企業(yè)提升利潤(rùn)的新源頭。而在物流領(lǐng)域中,企業(yè)內(nèi)部的物流配送車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化成為了企業(yè)降低物流成本的重要環(huán)節(jié),且這一環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)企業(yè)降低物流成本提高效益具有重要意義,而目前對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流車輛調(diào)度的研究較少,本文就針對(duì)這一實(shí)際問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。本文闡述了車輛調(diào)度問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀及精益物流的相關(guān)理論和遺傳算法;其次,依據(jù)精益物流的相關(guān)理論分析了M企業(yè)工廠內(nèi)部車輛調(diào)度的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并據(jù)此確定優(yōu)化目標(biāo),建立了有時(shí)間約束的車輛調(diào)度模型,并利用遺傳算法對(duì)該模型做了針對(duì)問(wèn)題的算例驗(yàn)證,證明了模型和方法的有效性。最后,根據(jù)對(duì)M企業(yè)工廠內(nèi)部車輛調(diào)度現(xiàn)狀,需求及業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行的分析,對(duì)車輛調(diào)度模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并完成了車輛調(diào)度模塊的整體架構(gòu)的規(guī)劃和軟件功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),較好的補(bǔ)充了原有ERP系統(tǒng)在此方面的短板。模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了配送車輛調(diào)度方案自動(dòng)生成和車輛運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)控的功能,該模塊的充分運(yùn)行表明它較好的解決了企業(yè)工廠內(nèi)部車輛調(diào)度的問(wèn)題,提高了物流運(yùn)作的效率,有較好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the national economy, manufacturing enterprises urgently need to reduce their production costs to cope with the fierce market competition, and the use of "reduce the loss of resources" and "improve labor productivity" to explore the profit space has become smaller and smaller. Logistics distribution has gradually become a new source for enterprises to improve their profits. In the field of logistics, the optimization of logistics distribution vehicle scheduling has become an important link for enterprises to reduce logistics costs. And this link is of great significance for enterprises to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency, but there are few researches on logistics vehicle scheduling in enterprises at present. This paper focuses on this practical problem. This paper describes the current situation of vehicle scheduling problem and the relevant theory of lean logistics and genetic algorithm. Secondly, According to the relevant theory of lean logistics, this paper analyzes the present situation of vehicle scheduling in the factory of M enterprise, finds out the problem and determines the optimization goal, and establishes the vehicle scheduling model with time constraints. Finally, according to the status quo, demand and business process of vehicle scheduling in M enterprise factory, the validity of the model and method is proved by using genetic algorithm. The vehicle scheduling module is designed, and the overall framework of the vehicle scheduling module and the realization of the software function are completed. The module realizes the function of automatic generation of distribution vehicle scheduling scheme and monitoring of vehicle running status. The full operation of this module shows that it solves the problem of vehicle scheduling in the factory, improves the efficiency of logistics operation, and has good application value.
