面向公路物流運輸企業(yè)的GIS監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:伴隨著現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,公路運輸企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)量也不斷增加。然而目前大部分公路物流運輸企業(yè)(遼寧省)所擁有的內(nèi)部信息平臺,主體功能僅限于對客戶貨單的管理方面。該類企業(yè)在選擇運輸線路時存在著較大的盲目性,運輸途中無法及時掌握運輸車輛及貨物的實時狀況,致使運輸途中對突發(fā)意外事件的處理相當(dāng)被動。因此,該類企業(yè)迫切需要一個綜合性的信息管理平臺,具備貨單管理、數(shù)據(jù)交換、車輛監(jiān)控和輔助決策等功能,能夠為企業(yè)管理者提供形象直觀的輔助決策信息。本文所研究的面向公路物流運輸企業(yè)的GIS監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)采用GIS技術(shù),可以實時規(guī)劃運輸路線,為物流管理人員提供決策依據(jù),對運輸途中的突發(fā)意外事故可以迅速做出反應(yīng)。同時,客戶隨時都可以直觀地掌握其貨物的運輸情況。GIS監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,極大地提高了公路物流運輸企業(yè)的物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量。根據(jù)公路物流運輸企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)需求特征,本文將GIS技術(shù)應(yīng)用于物流管理,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一個面向公路物流運輸企業(yè)的GIS監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)。本文所做的主要工作包括:1.詳細(xì)闡述和分析了本文選題的背景、意義以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。2.介紹了GIS監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)。3.通過對公路物流運輸企業(yè)的功能需求分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程需求分析和性能需求分析,確立了系統(tǒng)的整體框架。4.較全面的論述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)過程。5.最后本文在系統(tǒng)完成代碼開發(fā)后,將應(yīng)用項目部署在Web中間件上,對GIS監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試,對全文做了總結(jié),指出了有待完善和改進(jìn)的地方。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the business volume of highway transportation enterprises is also increasing. However, most highway logistics enterprises (Liaoning Province) have the internal information platform, The main function is limited to the management of the customer's bill of lading. This kind of enterprise has great blindness in choosing the transportation route, and it is unable to grasp the real time condition of the transport vehicle and goods in time during the transportation. Therefore, such enterprises urgently need a comprehensive information management platform with the functions of bill management, data exchange, vehicle monitoring and decision-making, etc. In this paper, the GIS supervision system for highway logistics transportation enterprises adopts GIS technology, which can plan the transportation route in real time and provide the decision basis for logistics managers. Can react quickly to sudden accidents in transit. At the same time, customers can intuitively grasp the transportation of their goods at any time .GIS regulatory system application, The logistics service quality of highway logistics transportation enterprises has been greatly improved. According to the business demand characteristics of highway logistics transportation enterprises, this paper applies GIS technology to logistics management. A GIS supervision system for highway logistics and transportation enterprises is designed and implemented. The main work of this paper includes: 1. The background of this thesis is described and analyzed in detail. The significance and current research situation at home and abroad .2.Introduces the related theory and technology of GIS supervision system .3.Through the analysis of functional demand, business process requirement and performance requirement of highway logistics transportation enterprise, Finally, after the code development of the system is completed, the application project is deployed on the Web middleware, and the GIS supervision system is tested. This paper summarizes the full text and points out the areas to be improved.
