【摘要】：嵩濟(jì)公司產(chǎn)銷經(jīng)營管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)面向該企業(yè)以往信息化支持手段嚴(yán)重不足的問題,有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行解決。特別是在運(yùn)營規(guī)模和產(chǎn)品品種不斷增加的形勢(shì)下,該公司亟需在對(duì)經(jīng)營運(yùn)作要求深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃,通過較為完整的信息化手段來有效支持各方面的運(yùn)營管理活動(dòng)。該系統(tǒng)采用軟件工程的規(guī)范進(jìn)行開發(fā),并著重突出以下目標(biāo)。首先是建立以生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理為核心的較為完整的生產(chǎn)及原材料供應(yīng)管理能力,第二是通過信息系統(tǒng)的有效支持公司內(nèi)部的各類生產(chǎn)資源的協(xié)調(diào)能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司運(yùn)作的物流、資金流和信息流的一致性,以提高管理的效率和準(zhǔn)確性。圍繞上述目標(biāo),論文首先概述相關(guān)的基本概念和技術(shù),然后結(jié)合嵩濟(jì)公司的經(jīng)營特點(diǎn)和要求著重分析該產(chǎn)銷經(jīng)營管理系統(tǒng)在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理、采購供應(yīng)管理、庫存管理及全面的經(jīng)營信息方面的功能需求,建立了相應(yīng)的用例模型。以此為基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)論述該系統(tǒng)的軟件總體結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)和主要模塊的內(nèi)部流程等設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,包括如綜合信息分析模塊、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理模塊、成本類管理模塊、采購供應(yīng)事務(wù)管理模塊、庫存事務(wù)管理模塊和供應(yīng)商管理模塊等。最后論述該系統(tǒng)的程序?qū)崿F(xiàn),給出主要程序的邏輯代碼及測(cè)試概況。該系統(tǒng)采用C#和SQL語言分別實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用服務(wù)器端和數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)端的程序,部署和維護(hù)便捷。該系統(tǒng)目前已經(jīng)完成測(cè)試并且試運(yùn)行效果良好,通過試運(yùn)行,該軟件完善了功能并達(dá)到了預(yù)期開發(fā)目的。
[Abstract]:The R & D of the production and marketing management system of Songji Company is aimed at solving the problem of serious shortage of information support means in the past, especially in the situation of increasing operation scale and product variety. It is urgent for the company to carry out scientific and reasonable planning on the basis of in-depth analysis of operational requirements, and to effectively support all aspects of operation and management activities through relatively complete information means. The following objectives are highlighted: first, to establish a more complete production and raw material supply management capability with production and operation management as the core; second, to effectively support the coordination ability of all kinds of production resources within the company through the information system. To achieve the consistency of logistics, capital flow and information flow in the operation of the company, in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of management. Then combined with the operating characteristics and requirements of Songji Company, the functional requirements of the production and marketing management system in terms of production and operation management, procurement and supply management, inventory management and comprehensive management information are analyzed. Based on this, the software architecture, database design and internal flow of the main modules are discussed in detail, including integrated information analysis module, production operation management module, etc. The cost management module, the purchasing and supply transaction management module, the inventory transaction management module and the supplier management module are discussed. This system uses C # and SQL language to realize the program of application server and database server respectively, and it is easy to deploy and maintain. At present, the system has completed the test and the trial operation effect is good. Through trial operation, the software improves the function and achieves the expected development purpose.
