【摘要】：近年來,越來越多的企業(yè)希望將有限的資源和精力用在發(fā)展自己的核心業(yè)務上,所以將自己的物流業(yè)務外包,這樣既能降低物流成本,又能給企業(yè)帶來好處。但在物流外包的過程中,如果不對物流外包服務商保持有效地管理,不對自己企業(yè)內部的組織結構,操作流程做出相應的調整,就會存在很多風險因素。如果企業(yè)不能及時對風險進行判斷、評價、分析、防范,將會造成物流成本不減反而增加、企業(yè)對物流活動漸漸失去控制、客戶對物流滿意度下降進而威脅到企業(yè)的信譽等諸多嚴重風險,企業(yè)的物流外包也不能給企業(yè)帶來預計的收益。只有通過對物流外包進行風險管理,并采取科學的方法、有效的措施來預防可能出現的風險,或在風險發(fā)生后將其降到最低程度,這樣才能保證企業(yè)物流外包能夠順利進行。本文開篇先介紹了研究背景及意義,并在閱讀文獻的基礎上對物流外包風險管理的國內外現狀進行綜述；接著介紹了物流外包風險管理的基礎理論知識,為后續(xù)的分析做準備；其次針對具體案例介紹公司基本情況,物流業(yè)務的基本情況以及物流外包業(yè)務的開展情況,結合前面的理論知識以及工作中的具體經驗和教訓對公司在物流外包過程中面臨的風險因素進行逐一分析,選擇科學的方法、指標,通過運算對案例公司物流外包過程的風險進行分析及預測,并對結果進行分析；最后根據公司物流外包現狀和風險識別的結果,對其物流外包風險提出了相應的解決方案,并對該方案實施后的效果進行預期。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more enterprises want to devote their limited resources and energy to the development of their core business, so outsourcing their logistics business can reduce logistics costs. But in the process of logistics outsourcing, if the logistics outsourcing service providers are not managed effectively, and the internal organizational structure and operation process of their own enterprises are not adjusted accordingly, There will be a lot of risk factors. If the enterprise can't judge, evaluate, analyze and guard against the risk in time, it will cause the logistics cost to increase instead of decreasing, and the enterprise will lose control over the logistics activities gradually. The decline of customer satisfaction with logistics threatens many serious risks, such as the reputation of enterprises, and the logistics outsourcing of enterprises can not bring the expected benefits. Only through the risk management of logistics outsourcing, and adopt scientific methods, Effective measures to prevent possible risks, or to minimize the risk after the occurrence of risk, in order to ensure that the enterprise logistics outsourcing can be carried out smoothly. This paper first introduces the research background and significance. On the basis of reading the literature, this paper summarizes the current situation of logistics outsourcing risk management at home and abroad, and then introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of logistics outsourcing risk management to prepare for the subsequent analysis. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of the company, the basic situation of the logistics business and the development of the logistics outsourcing business. Combined with the previous theoretical knowledge and specific experience and lessons in the work of the company in the process of logistics outsourcing risk factors are analyzed one by one, select scientific methods, indicators, Through the calculation of the case of logistics outsourcing process risk analysis and prediction, and analysis of the results; finally, according to the company logistics outsourcing status and risk identification results, the logistics outsourcing risk of the corresponding solutions, And the effect of the implementation of the program is expected.
