【摘要】：在國(guó)家新一輪西部大開(kāi)發(fā)、面向西南開(kāi)放的橋頭堡、“一帶一路”和孟中印緬經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)等重大戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的背景下,瑞麗重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放試驗(yàn)區(qū)由于具備重要的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和通道優(yōu)勢(shì),發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)潛力巨大。本論文從瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)實(shí)際情況出發(fā),對(duì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)依托口岸群的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,主要有以下研究成果:1.加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)面臨良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和廣闊的發(fā)展前景。2.結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)口岸群發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展和口岸與城市互動(dòng)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)應(yīng)充分利用區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和口岸資源,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,加強(qiáng)各個(gè)口岸之間的協(xié)同配合,形成資源共享、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的口岸群,為瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展提供有力支撐。3.依托口岸群的建設(shè),論文研究提出了瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo):以建立依托口岸群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代物流為基礎(chǔ),內(nèi)聯(lián)外引,加快口岸物流發(fā)展,建設(shè)瑞麗國(guó)際陸港,把瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)建設(shè)為中國(guó)西南邊境的黃金口岸、面向印度洋的貿(mào)易物流中心和以泛珠三角為大陸橋連接印度洋和太平洋的橋頭堡。4.根據(jù)發(fā)展目標(biāo),論文研究提出了瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)要加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代口岸物流,努力建設(shè)瑞麗物流總部經(jīng)濟(jì)中心和打造現(xiàn)代口岸都市的發(fā)展策略,并提出了口岸物流發(fā)展、試驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展、口岸與城市互動(dòng)發(fā)展和發(fā)展政策四個(gè)方面的建議和措施,為瑞麗試驗(yàn)區(qū)及我國(guó)沿邊地區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of a new round of large-scale development of the country's western region, a bridgehead for the southwest opening, "Belt and Road" and the construction of the Bangladesh, China, India, Myanmar economic corridor, etc. Due to the important location advantage and channel advantage, the development of modern logistics industry has great potential. This paper starts from the actual situation of Ruili experimental area. This paper studies the development of modern logistics industry based on port group in the test area. The main research results are as follows: 1. Speeding up the development of modern logistics industry is the inevitable trend of economic and social development in the new period. The development of modern logistics industry in Ruili experimental area is faced with good development opportunities and broad development prospects. 2. Combined with the development of port groups at home and abroad, the development of modern logistics and the interaction between port and city experience. It is pointed out that the Ruili experimental area should make full use of the regional advantages and port resources, optimize the industrial layout, strengthen the coordination among the ports, and form a group of ports with shared resources and complementary advantages. For the development of modern logistics industry in Ruili experimental area to provide strong support. 3. Rely on the construction of port group. The paper puts forward the development goal of modern logistics industry in Ruili experimental area: based on the establishment of modern logistics relying on the development of port groups, internal and external introduction, speeding up the development of port logistics, the construction of Ruili international dry port. The Ruili experimental area will be established as a golden port on the southwest border of China, a trade logistics center facing the Indian Ocean and a bridgehead with the Pan-Pearl River Delta as the land bridge connecting the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. The paper puts forward the development strategy of Ruili experimental area to speed up the development of modern port logistics, strive to build the economic center of Ruili logistics headquarters and build modern port city, and puts forward the development of port logistics and test area. The suggestions and measures in four aspects of port and city interactive development and development policy provide reference for the development of modern logistics industry in Ruili experimental area and the border areas of China.
