基于SCP范式的我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在過(guò)去二十年內(nèi),我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了巨大的發(fā)展,成為我國(guó)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),“十三五”規(guī)劃中,更是將物流業(yè)單獨(dú)設(shè)立章節(jié),全面統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,開(kāi)啟深化我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)改革之路。近年,雖然物流系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域均取得優(yōu)異的成績(jī),但也存在阻礙其組織進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,如何優(yōu)化我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率顯得尤為重要。十三五規(guī)劃中提出,打造物流大通道,著力發(fā)展多式聯(lián)運(yùn),建立統(tǒng)一規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+物流”發(fā)展計(jì)劃,進(jìn)一步加深對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,不斷強(qiáng)化物流信息平臺(tái)的建設(shè),這些物流政策不僅為當(dāng)前物流發(fā)展困境提供改革方向,更有利于我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,保證國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。本文在闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論和物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,明確SCP分析范式對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的適用性,結(jié)合我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)演進(jìn)歷程及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,采取定量和定性相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)物流企業(yè)主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)收入50強(qiáng)、物流企業(yè)服務(wù)類別比重、社會(huì)物流總額、社會(huì)物流總費(fèi)用以及其所占GDP比重等多項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)獲取,定量分析我國(guó)物流市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與市場(chǎng)績(jī)效,與此同時(shí),選取有針對(duì)性物流企業(yè)的真實(shí)案例對(duì)產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、兼并重組等組織協(xié)調(diào)行為進(jìn)行分析與比較,并論述市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)行為和市場(chǎng)績(jī)效三者間非單向影響,而是相互制約、相互促進(jìn)的多維關(guān)系。在分析上述三者影響的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)目前物流業(yè)發(fā)展中所面臨的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行逐一分析,例如,物流運(yùn)營(yíng)成本居高不下,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模化程度低,物流服務(wù)效率有待提升等等,加之國(guó)外物流巨頭的陸續(xù)涌入,屬于國(guó)內(nèi)物流企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)份額一再被擠壓。為了保證優(yōu)化建議的有效性,對(duì)美國(guó)、日本和歐洲物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行借鑒,在充分考慮我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的大背景下,明確提出提高物流市場(chǎng)集中度、改變行業(yè)壁壘、正確引導(dǎo)市場(chǎng)行為等發(fā)展建議,實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率的最終目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the logistics industry of our country has made great development and become an important economic growth point of our country. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, the logistics industry has been separately set up chapters, and the overall overall planning. In recent years, although the logistics system has made outstanding achievements in all fields, there are still problems that hinder the further development of its organization. How to optimize the efficiency of logistics industry organization is particularly important. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, it is proposed to create a large logistics channel, to focus on the development of multimodal transport, to establish a unified standard. Make the "Internet logistics" development plan, further deepen the application of big data, cloud computing technology, and constantly strengthen the construction of logistics information platform. These logistics policies not only provide the reform direction for the current logistics development dilemma, but also benefit the long-term development of China's logistics industry. On the basis of expounding the theory of industrial organization and the theory of logistics industry development, this paper clarifies the applicability of SCP analysis paradigm to the research of logistics industry. Combined with the evolution of logistics industry in China and the development of the current situation, the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, through the main business revenue of the top 50 logistics enterprises, logistics enterprise service category proportion, the total amount of social logistics. The total cost of social logistics and its proportion of GDP and other data acquisition, quantitative analysis of logistics market structure and market performance, at the same time, select the real case of targeted logistics enterprises to product marketing. This paper analyzes and compares the coordination behavior of the organization such as merger and reorganization, and discusses the influence of market structure, market behavior and market performance, which is not unidirectional, but mutual restriction. On the basis of analyzing the influence of the above three factors, the paper analyzes the problems and causes in the development of logistics industry one by one, for example, the high cost of logistics operation. The market scale is low, the logistics service efficiency needs to be improved, and so on, together with the influx of foreign logistics giants, the market share of domestic logistics enterprises has been squeezed again and again. In order to ensure the effectiveness of optimization recommendations. To the United States, Japan and Europe logistics industry organization development model for reference, in the context of fully considering the development trend of logistics industry in China, clearly proposed to improve the concentration of logistics market, to change industry barriers. The final goal of optimizing the organizational efficiency of China's logistics industry is to guide the market behavior and other development suggestions.
