【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國(guó)生鮮市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,冷鏈物流迎來了新的發(fā)展契機(jī)。由于我國(guó)冷鏈物流起步晚,發(fā)展慢,尚未形成體系,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)跨區(qū)域和反季節(jié)銷售活動(dòng),從而出現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)量高、銷售量小的局面,也是導(dǎo)致生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格高、品質(zhì)差的重要原因。首先,對(duì)我國(guó)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流進(jìn)行概述,分析我國(guó)冷鏈物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的特殊性,分析和定義冷鏈物流配送過程中的時(shí)間、溫度和貨損成本,建立配送總成本最小化模型;其次,進(jìn)一步探索冷鏈物流配送路徑優(yōu)化研究的方案;最后,通過節(jié)約成本法加以分析求解,驗(yàn)證模型和算法的可行性。結(jié)果表明,基于時(shí)溫特性處理生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送路徑問題,節(jié)約成本法達(dá)到降低配送成本、滿足客戶需求時(shí)間的雙重要求。隨著時(shí)間的推移,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流成為未來物流業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of fresh market in China, cold chain logistics has ushered in a new development opportunity. Due to the late start and slow development of cold chain logistics in China, it has not yet formed a system. It is difficult to achieve cross-regional and off-season sales activities, thus there is a high output, small sales volume, but also leading to high prices of fresh agricultural products, poor quality important reasons. This paper summarizes the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in our country, analyzes the development status of cold chain logistics in our country, and analyzes and defines the time in the distribution process of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products according to the particularity of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products. Temperature and damage cost, establish distribution total cost minimization model; Secondly, further explore the research scheme of cold chain logistics distribution route optimization; Finally, the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified by cost-saving method. The results show that the cold-chain logistics distribution path problem of fresh agricultural products is dealt with based on time-temperature characteristics. With the passage of time, the logistics of fresh agricultural products becomes an important direction of logistics industry in the future.
