【摘要】：全文界定了沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)概念,闡述了沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要特征、沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論以及崇左市開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),分析了崇左市沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題,提出了崇左市發(fā)展沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體思路與具體措施。文章第二章首先對(duì)崇左市發(fā)展沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,闡述了沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念、特征以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)商品、資本、要素的自由流動(dòng),是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外對(duì)內(nèi)全方位開(kāi)放發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一。文章還描述了比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論以及自由貿(mào)易區(qū)理論對(duì)崇左市發(fā)展沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論指導(dǎo)和支撐作用。第三章文章重點(diǎn)分析崇左市沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)對(duì)崇左市經(jīng)濟(jì)情況的數(shù)據(jù)分析總結(jié)出崇左市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本特征與功能。文章還發(fā)現(xiàn)崇左市發(fā)展沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)不僅具備先天的區(qū)位、通道、資源等優(yōu)勢(shì),它還面臨著國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外的當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)與政策的重大機(jī)遇。在重大機(jī)遇下,崇左市的國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅速、招商引資工作積極展開(kāi)、新興的邊境旅游業(yè)、交通物流業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。文章的第四章除了對(duì)崇左市沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述以外,還提出了發(fā)展中遇到的貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)揮不當(dāng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)弱、勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)低等阻礙其發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些存在的問(wèn)題,文章最后重點(diǎn)提出了解決的總體思路和具體對(duì)策,其中完善交通布局、發(fā)展新興邊境旅游業(yè)、邊境物流業(yè)、發(fā)展口岸經(jīng)濟(jì)、加強(qiáng)區(qū)域協(xié)作等對(duì)策措施都會(huì)給崇左市發(fā)展沿邊開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)具體且有效的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:This paper defines the related concepts of the open economy along the border, expounds the main characteristics of the open economy along the edge, the relevant theory of the development of the open economy along the edge and the realistic basis of the development of the open economy in Chongzuo City. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of the open economy along the border in Chongzuo City. This paper puts forward the general ideas and concrete measures to develop the open economy along the border in Chongzuo City. The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of the development of the open economy along the border in Chongzuo City and expounds the concept of the open economy along the border. The paper points out that the development of the open economy along the border is to realize the free flow of goods, capital and elements, and to realize the unity of the all-round and open development of foreign countries. The article also describes the theory of comparative advantage. The theory of competitive advantage and the theory of free trade area provide theoretical guidance and support for the development of the borderline open economy in Chongzuo. Chapter three focuses on the analysis of the realistic basis of the development of the open economy along the edge of Chongzuo. This paper summarizes the basic characteristics and functions of the economic development of Chongzuo through the analysis of the economic data of Chongzuo city. The article also finds that the development of the open economy along the edge of Chongzuo city not only has the inherent advantages of location, channels, resources and so on. It also faces a great opportunity of the contemporary economic situation and policy at home and abroad. Under the important opportunity, Chongzuo city's domestic and foreign trade develops rapidly, the work of attracting investment develops actively, and the frontier tourism is emerging. The 4th chapter of the article not only describes the current situation of the open economy along the border in Chongzuo City, but also points out that the trade structure encountered in the development is unreasonable and the location advantage is improperly brought into play. The economic base is weak, the quality of labor force is low and other obstacles to its development. In view of these existing problems, the article puts forward the overall ideas and specific countermeasures to solve the problems, including improving the traffic layout. Developing frontier tourism, border logistics, developing port economy, strengthening regional cooperation and other countermeasures will bring concrete and effective guidance to the development of border open economy in Chongzuo City.
