【摘要】：金融物流是一種新興的行業(yè),行業(yè)的復雜性、高風險性使其對于人才質(zhì)量的要求非常高。結(jié)合我國金融物流的發(fā)展及發(fā)展狀況分析,對其所需求的人才進行科學、合理的探討,總結(jié)出當前高校培養(yǎng)金融物流人才的模式存在的一些問題,這些問題的解決有待于金融物流專業(yè)教學理念、教學方法的進一步改革和完善,金融物流專業(yè)才能適應社會發(fā)展,為社會培養(yǎng)高端的社會需要的金融物流人才。
[Abstract]:Financial logistics is a new industry, the complexity of the industry, high risk for the quality of personnel requirements are very high. Combined with the development and development of financial logistics in China. Scientific and reasonable discussion is made on the talents it needs, and some problems existing in the mode of training financial logistics talents in colleges and universities are summarized. The solution of these problems needs to be solved by the teaching idea of financial logistics specialty. With the further reform and perfection of teaching methods, the specialty of financial logistics can adapt to the development of the society and train the high end talents of financial logistics for the society.
