【摘要】：金融物流是一種新興的行業(yè),行業(yè)的復(fù)雜性、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性使其對(duì)于人才質(zhì)量的要求非常高。結(jié)合我國(guó)金融物流的發(fā)展及發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析,對(duì)其所需求的人才進(jìn)行科學(xué)、合理的探討,總結(jié)出當(dāng)前高校培養(yǎng)金融物流人才的模式存在的一些問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題的解決有待于金融物流專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)方法的進(jìn)一步改革和完善,金融物流專(zhuān)業(yè)才能適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展,為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)高端的社會(huì)需要的金融物流人才。
[Abstract]:Financial logistics is a new industry, the complexity of the industry, high risk for the quality of personnel requirements are very high. Combined with the development and development of financial logistics in China. Scientific and reasonable discussion is made on the talents it needs, and some problems existing in the mode of training financial logistics talents in colleges and universities are summarized. The solution of these problems needs to be solved by the teaching idea of financial logistics specialty. With the further reform and perfection of teaching methods, the specialty of financial logistics can adapt to the development of the society and train the high end talents of financial logistics for the society.
