禽蛋食品的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈追溯系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:食品安全是重大民生問題,近年來,國內(nèi)食品安全事件頻發(fā),一系列食品安全問題讓人觸目驚心,引起了國家和社會對食品安全的高度關(guān)注,迫切要求加快解決食品安全領(lǐng)域存在的突出問題。而隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,健全的食品安全追溯系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)κ称返纳a(chǎn)、加工以及流通各個環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行跟蹤、監(jiān)管和分析,對于確保食品質(zhì)量安全起著至關(guān)重要的作用。然而,禽蛋食品安全作為食品安全的重要組成部分,我國的禽蛋食品追溯系統(tǒng)研究卻剛剛起步,實(shí)踐案例很少。基于這樣的背景,研究和開發(fā)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的面向全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的禽蛋食品追溯系統(tǒng)具有十分重要的意義。 本文依托國家物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專項(xiàng),針對當(dāng)今社會物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)急速發(fā)展、食品安全日益重要的大背景,調(diào)研和總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有食品安全追溯系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,分析現(xiàn)有食品安全追溯系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對禽蛋食品,充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),提出了適用于大型禽蛋食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的面向全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的禽蛋食品追溯系統(tǒng),以提高禽蛋食品生產(chǎn)、庫存、配送和銷售過程中的質(zhì)量安全,滿足消費(fèi)者的溯源性消費(fèi)需求。 在禽蛋安全生產(chǎn)管控系統(tǒng)和禽蛋倉儲及物流配送系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,搭建禽蛋食品云追溯平臺,詳細(xì)介紹了禽蛋食品云追溯平臺的功能架構(gòu)、各層設(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)鍵實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)。針對禽蛋食品追溯系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用層,完成了面向用戶的Android智能手機(jī)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),對于軟件主要模塊,給出了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)鍵的實(shí)現(xiàn)源碼。集成禽蛋食品云追溯平臺和應(yīng)用層智能手機(jī)軟件,從而構(gòu)建了禽蛋食品的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈追溯系統(tǒng),對禽蛋食品從源頭到市場實(shí)施精細(xì)化管理,記錄禽蛋食品每個批次在生產(chǎn)、加工、物流和銷售各個環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量安全信息,并賦予身份標(biāo)識,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從農(nóng)場到餐桌的全過程質(zhì)量安全可追溯。
[Abstract]:Food safety is a major livelihood issue, in recent years, domestic food safety incidents occur frequently, a series of food safety issues make people shocking, which has caused the country and society to pay close attention to food safety. With the rapid development of Internet of things and computer technology, a sound food safety traceability system can produce food. Processing and circulation of all aspects of tracking, supervision and analysis, to ensure food quality and safety plays a vital role. However, poultry and egg food safety as an important part of food safety. The research of poultry and egg food traceability system in our country has just started, and the practical cases are few. Based on this background. It is of great significance to research and develop the whole industry chain oriented poultry egg food traceability system based on Internet of things technology. According to the background of the rapid development of Internet of things technology and the growing importance of food safety, this paper investigates and summarizes the current situation of food safety traceability system. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing food safety traceability system are analyzed. On this basis, the computer technology, network communication technology and Internet of things technology are fully utilized for poultry and egg food. In order to improve the quality and safety of egg food production inventory distribution and sales process a whole industry chain oriented egg food traceability system suitable for large poultry egg food production enterprises was put forward. Meet consumers' traceability consumption demand. On the basis of egg safety production control system and egg warehousing and logistics distribution system, the platform of egg food cloud tracing is built, and the functional structure of egg food cloud tracing platform is introduced in detail. For the application layer of poultry and egg food traceability system, the design and development of user-oriented Android smartphone software are completed, and the main modules of the software are discussed. The detailed design and key source code are given. The whole industry chain tracing system of egg food is constructed by integrating the cloud tracing platform and application layer smart phone software. Implement fine management of egg food from source to market, record the quality and safety information of each batch of egg food in production, processing, logistics and marketing, and endow with identification. The quality and safety of the whole process from farm to table can be traced back.
