【摘要】:電力施工企業(yè)具有資金占用數(shù)額巨大,工程周期長(zhǎng),管理界面復(fù)雜化的特點(diǎn),雖然項(xiàng)目管理理論在我國(guó)電力企業(yè)施工中得到普遍應(yīng)用,但是仍然存在較多問題,如管理粗放,物流、信息流、資金流等難以集成運(yùn)作,生產(chǎn)效率提高慢,人力、物力以及其他各種資源存在不同程度的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。價(jià)值鏈這一現(xiàn)代管理方法,是通過對(duì)價(jià)值構(gòu)成規(guī)律的研究,來增加價(jià)值鏈中各組成部分的價(jià)值,找到增加效益的突破點(diǎn),有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的整體價(jià)值增值,提高企業(yè)運(yùn)行與管理效率。在電力施工企業(yè)采用價(jià)值鏈管理方法,構(gòu)建工程項(xiàng)目?jī)r(jià)值鏈模型,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目管理過程進(jìn)行價(jià)值鏈分析和增值節(jié)點(diǎn)研究,將有利于優(yōu)化電力企業(yè)施工管理流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目效益的最大化。因此,課題具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文首先對(duì)工程管理、價(jià)值鏈管理與優(yōu)化理論等基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述,包括工業(yè)工程管理發(fā)展背景,價(jià)值鏈管理理念與優(yōu)化理論理念;其次,對(duì)價(jià)值鏈管理在電力施工管理的應(yīng)用,以及結(jié)合案例對(duì)電力企業(yè)施工工程管理內(nèi)容和問題進(jìn)行了分析;再次,根據(jù)以上理論方法與JH電力施工企業(yè)的管理實(shí)踐,構(gòu)建了電力施工企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈管理優(yōu)化模型,包括優(yōu)化理念,原則,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)框架與內(nèi)容,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。并進(jìn)行了效果評(píng)價(jià),最后從企業(yè)制度、人力資源建設(shè)以及文化層面提出相應(yīng)保障措施。
[Abstract]:Electric power construction enterprises have the characteristics of huge capital occupation, long project cycle and complicated management interface. Although project management theory has been widely used in the construction of electric power enterprises in China, there are still many problems. Such as extensive management, logistics, information flow, capital flow and other difficult integration operation, production efficiency is slow to improve, human, material and other resources exist in varying degrees of waste. Value chain, a modern management method. It is through the study of the law of value composition to increase the value of each component of the value chain, to find a breakthrough point to increase the benefit, which is helpful to realize the whole value increment of the system. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and management, the value chain management method is adopted in electric power construction enterprises, the value chain model of engineering project is constructed, and the value chain analysis and value-added node research on the process of project management are carried out. It will be helpful to optimize the construction management process of electric power enterprises and realize the maximization of project benefit. Therefore, the subject has important theoretical significance and application value. The basic theories such as value chain management and optimization theory are systematically expounded, including the development background of industrial engineering management, the concept of value chain management and the theory of optimization. Secondly, the application of value chain management in electric power construction management is analyzed, and the contents and problems of construction engineering management in electric power enterprises are analyzed. Thirdly, according to the above theory method and the management practice of JH electric power construction enterprise, the optimization model of value chain management of electric power construction enterprise is constructed, including optimization idea, principle, optimization design frame and content. The evaluation index system is evaluated and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of enterprise system, human resource construction and culture.
