【摘要】:目的研究模組屏物流包裝形式、結(jié)構(gòu)及包裝工藝操作性。方法針對(duì)模組屏自身特點(diǎn),對(duì)其原臥式包裝形式進(jìn)行改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)模組屏立式包裝。利用三維建模軟件建立緩沖襯墊和模組屏模型后,將兩者進(jìn)行裝配。將包裝三維模型導(dǎo)入仿真軟件Ansys Workbench中,設(shè)置材料屬性后,對(duì)其進(jìn)行有限元網(wǎng)格劃分,再對(duì)各物理性能進(jìn)行模擬仿真分析。結(jié)果對(duì)模組屏立式包裝提出了通用化包裝設(shè)計(jì)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了直下式模組屏立式包裝。結(jié)論采用通用化緩沖襯墊包裝的模組屏在跌落過(guò)程中受到的加速度最大為610.58 m/s2,比原包裝減小了26.8%,比每片同尺寸臥式包裝的成本降低了26.57%,可通用5種原型機(jī),大幅度提高了包裝效率,降低了包裝成本。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the logistics packaging form, structure and operation of packaging technology of module panel. Methods according to the characteristics of module panel, the original horizontal packaging form was improved. The model panel vertical packaging was designed. The cushioning cushion and the module screen model were built by using 3D modeling software, and the two models were assembled. The package 3D model was imported into the simulation software Ansys Workbench. After setting the properties of the materials, the finite element mesh is used to divide them, and then the physical properties are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the universal package design scheme is put forward for the vertical packaging of the module panel. The vertical packaging of straight down module panel was realized. Conclusion the maximum acceleration of the module panel with universal cushioning pad packaging is 610.58 m / s ~ (2) during the drop process. Compared with the original packaging, the cost of the horizontal packaging is 26.57 lower than that of the original packaging. The general use of five prototypes can greatly improve the packaging efficiency and reduce the packaging costs.
