【摘要】：本報(bào)告所選翻譯項(xiàng)目為“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶與統(tǒng)一歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體形成的前景”,作者為哈薩克斯坦科學(xué)院院士阿曼若爾·科沙諾夫,論文發(fā)表于俄羅斯科學(xué)院著名期刊《社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)》2016年第4期。該論文研究的是哈薩克斯坦同世界日益增長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心合作的途徑,認(rèn)為哈薩克斯坦作為歐亞中心,有著獨(dú)特的交通和物流運(yùn)輸樞紐作用,“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”和“歐亞經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)盟”的對(duì)接對(duì)形成歐亞大陸交通運(yùn)輸?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)一體化有著極其重要的意義。尤其值得一提的是原文作者對(duì)“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”建設(shè)與哈薩克斯坦“光明之路”計(jì)劃對(duì)接有著獨(dú)到的分析和見解,這對(duì)于進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的建設(shè)有著極大的借鑒作用。因此譯者選擇了這一論文進(jìn)行翻譯,希圖為研究一帶一路建設(shè)的中國(guó)學(xué)者提供一個(gè)新的視角。本翻譯報(bào)告主要由以下幾個(gè)部分組成:引言、正文(三章)、結(jié)語(yǔ)、參考文獻(xiàn)。引言主要概述了項(xiàng)目背景和項(xiàng)目意義,原文的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值及其譯文的實(shí)用性。正文部分分為三章,第一章是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程的四個(gè)階段(譯前準(zhǔn)備、原文解讀、譯文構(gòu)建、譯文加工)。第二章是翻譯過(guò)程,論證運(yùn)用到的翻譯理論和秉承的翻譯理念。第三章結(jié)合翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的典型問題,針對(duì)不同問題提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。結(jié)語(yǔ)主要是譯者總結(jié)翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The translation project selected for this report is "prospects for the formation of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Unification of the Eurasian Economic Community" by Armanor Koxanov, member of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. The paper was published in the famous journal of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Social and Economic, No. 4, 2016. This paper studies the ways in which Kazakhstan can cooperate with the growing economic centres of the world. It is believed that Kazakhstan, as a Eurasian center, has a unique role as a transportation hub and logistics hub. The connection between "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "Eurasian Economic Union" is of great significance for the formation of economic integration of transport in Eurasia. The construction and Kazakhstan "bright road" plan docking has the unique analysis and the view. This is of great significance to the further understanding of the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt. Therefore, the translator has chosen this paper for translation. This translation report is composed of the following parts: introduction, text (three chapters, conclusion). References. The introduction summarizes the background and significance of the project, the academic value of the original text and the practicability of the translation. The main body is divided into three chapters, the first chapter is the four stages of the project process (pre-translation preparation). The second chapter is the translation process, which demonstrates the application of translation theories and translation concepts. Chapter three combines the typical problems encountered in the process of translation. The conclusion is mainly about the translator's summing up the translation experience and lessons.
