【摘要】:近幾年,國內(nèi)的物流運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展速度越來越快,在交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)領(lǐng)域取得了很大成就的同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了很多問題。重型卡車作為現(xiàn)代化的物流設(shè)備,對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)方面都產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。但是國內(nèi)的重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)很少考慮駕駛員的因素與需求。所以重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾設(shè)計(jì)不足引起了駕駛員患有頸椎病和腰疼病,對(duì)駕駛員的生理和心理產(chǎn)生了很大的影響。本課題從工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā),以重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾設(shè)計(jì)為研究對(duì)象,利用當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域流行的用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,分析如何將該方法應(yīng)用到重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中。由于駕駛室內(nèi)飾產(chǎn)品與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)虛擬產(chǎn)品有很大的不同,所以不能將用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法直接用到駕駛室內(nèi)飾的設(shè)計(jì)中。本文根據(jù)重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),分成四個(gè)部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括用戶調(diào)研、用戶需求分析、產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐、體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)。用戶調(diào)研部分和體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐部分是本課題的重點(diǎn)部分,本課題采用的用戶研究方法包括資料收集、用戶問卷調(diào)研以及用戶訪談。從感官層、行為層到反思層的遞進(jìn)順序分析在駕駛重型卡車的過程中用戶的需求。然后,將用戶需求轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樵O(shè)計(jì)需求,運(yùn)用工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)流程方法,對(duì)用戶行為特征、使用情境及產(chǎn)品功能造型等方面進(jìn)行分析,然后將結(jié)果融入到重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾的設(shè)計(jì)過程中,提出解決方案。在產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐部分,分析其駕駛室內(nèi)飾的特點(diǎn),以駕駛室內(nèi)部的座椅和臥鋪的結(jié)合為設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)用戶提出的需求,結(jié)合搜集整理的資料利用頭腦風(fēng)暴等方法形成初步的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案,然后在原始的設(shè)計(jì)方案基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合適合的人機(jī)效果進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)方案深化。最后,在完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)后,通過問卷的方式對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)。通過對(duì)體驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分析,可以看出用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)起到了很好的指導(dǎo)作用,應(yīng)用用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)理論對(duì)重型卡車駕駛室內(nèi)飾產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì),可以使用戶(駕駛員)感受到安全便捷、舒適、愉快、滿意等積極的體驗(yàn),使其達(dá)到理想的用戶體驗(yàn)效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic logistics industry is developing more and more rapidly, and has made great achievements in the field of transportation. Heavy truck as a modern logistics equipment has also appeared a lot of problems. All aspects of the national economy have a profound impact. But the domestic heavy truck cab interior design rarely consider the driver's factors and needs. So the heavy truck cab interior design is caused by the lack of design. The driver has cervical spondylosis and lumbar pain. It has a great influence on the driver's physiology and psychology. From the point of view of industrial design, this paper takes the interior design of the cab of heavy truck as the research object. Make use of the current popular user experience design method in the field of Internet. This paper analyzes how to apply this method to the design practice of cab interior of heavy truck. Because of the difference between cab interior products and Internet virtual products. Therefore, the user experience design method can not be directly used in the design of cab interior decoration. According to the characteristics of heavy truck cab interior decoration products, the design is divided into four parts, including user research. User demand analysis, product experience design practice, experience evaluation, user research and experience design practice are the key parts of this topic. The user research methods used in this topic include data collection. User questionnaire survey and user interview. From sensory layer, behavior layer to reflective layer of the progressive analysis of the needs of the user in the process of driving a heavy truck. Then, the user needs into design requirements. Using the industrial design process method, the user behavior characteristics, usage situation and product function modeling are analyzed, and the results are integrated into the design process of heavy truck cab interior decoration. Put forward the solution. In the product experience design practice part, analyze the characteristics of the cab interior decoration, take the combination of seat and berth inside the cab as the design starting point. According to the user's demand. Combined with the collection of data, brainstorming and other methods to form a preliminary product design scheme, and then in the original design scheme, combined with the appropriate human-computer effects to deepen the design. Finally. After the completion of product design, the design results were evaluated by questionnaire and the results of experience evaluation were analyzed. It can be seen that the user experience design method has played a good guiding role in the design of heavy truck cab interior products, and applied the user experience design theory to guide the design of heavy truck cab interior products. Users (drivers) can feel safe, convenient, comfortable, pleasant, satisfied and other positive experiences, so that it can achieve the desired user experience effect.
