【摘要】:近幾年隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,從物流業(yè)細(xì)分出來的快遞企業(yè)亦面臨著日趨競爭激烈的市場。如何挖掘企業(yè)自身的潛力,以便更好地增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競爭力已經(jīng)成為各個快遞企業(yè)近年來研究的重點(diǎn)?旒D(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心作為快遞企業(yè)處理快件的基礎(chǔ),如何在現(xiàn)有條件下提升快件的處理效率,直接決定了快遞企業(yè)對快件處理的快慢,這其中轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心一線操作工的工作效率又是整個轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心運(yùn)行效率的基礎(chǔ)。本文以YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心一線操作工為研究對象,對轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心現(xiàn)有薪酬制度進(jìn)行分析,得出YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心一線操作工現(xiàn)有的薪酬制度與轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展不匹配、一線操作工沒有崗位工資差別、現(xiàn)有薪酬制度當(dāng)中沒有績效工資以及重要崗位薪酬不具外部競爭力等結(jié)論。根據(jù)YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心發(fā)展需要及一線操作工的特點(diǎn),對YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心一線操作工的薪酬進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計,為提升YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心一線操作工的工作效率提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和實踐借鑒,從而實現(xiàn)YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心薪酬管理的合理化與科學(xué)化,增強(qiáng)YT快遞南昌轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心在快遞市場的競爭力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the national economy, express delivery enterprises subdivided from the logistics industry are also facing an increasingly competitive market. How to tap the potential of the enterprise itself. In order to better enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become the focus of various express delivery enterprises in recent years. Express forwarding center as the basis for express delivery enterprises how to improve the processing efficiency under the existing conditions. It directly determines the speed of express delivery processing. The working efficiency of the first line operator is the basis of the operation efficiency of the whole transit center. This paper takes the YT express delivery center of Nanchang transportation center as the research object. Based on the analysis of the existing compensation system of the transit center, it is concluded that the existing salary system of the front-line operators of Nanchang forwarding center does not match the development of the transit center at this stage, and there is no difference in the salary of the front-line operators. In the current compensation system there is no performance pay and important position compensation is not external competitiveness and other conclusions. According to YT express Nanchang transit center development needs and the characteristics of front-line operators. The compensation of YT express Nanchang transit center front-line operators is redesigned, which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the work efficiency of YT express Nanchang transit center. In order to realize the rationalization and scientific management of YT express Nanchang transit center's salary, enhance the competitiveness of YT express Nanchang transit center in express market.
