【摘要】:城市商圈是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和商業(yè)文明建設(shè)的基本規(guī)律和必然選擇,屬于一種世界范圍的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,而商圈交通的暢通便捷是保障商圈高效運(yùn)作的重要前提。近些年,李村商圈發(fā)展迅速,商業(yè)綜合體的迅速崛起在促進(jìn)李村人員流動(dòng)、物流配送的同時(shí)也造成了較為嚴(yán)重的交通擁堵問(wèn)題。主要體現(xiàn)在規(guī)劃不合理,缺乏前瞻性、商圈建筑布局過(guò)于密集、承擔(dān)大部分車流量的主干道過(guò)于狹窄、交通設(shè)施不完善導(dǎo)致混合交通嚴(yán)重、違章停車頻繁相關(guān)單位監(jiān)管力度不足等方面。相對(duì)于城市中心交通擁堵,商圈交通擁堵的高峰期除上下班時(shí)段外,在節(jié)假日期間也極為嚴(yán)重。本文采用了理論研究與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,首先對(duì)商圈交通的概念及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行介紹,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。接下來(lái)對(duì)商圈交通規(guī)劃常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題、商圈交通特性以及商圈交通行為方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。作者在多次實(shí)地考察提取地圖及車流量數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)全面的分析了李村商圈目前所存在的交通擁堵問(wèn)題的原因和交通安全存在的隱患,提出了李村商圈交通優(yōu)化的基本思路。最后具體闡述了調(diào)整城市商業(yè)體系及布局形態(tài)、完善商圈場(chǎng)地功能劃分、實(shí)行人車分流、完善路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、擴(kuò)建步行街和停車場(chǎng)等針對(duì)性較高可行性較強(qiáng)的對(duì)策。我國(guó)目前對(duì)于城市道路交通堵塞的研究方向主要是在概念相對(duì)較為寬松的城市中心范圍之內(nèi),針對(duì)商圈交通的研究相對(duì)較少。因此,本文為李滄商圈進(jìn)一步細(xì)化區(qū)域交通規(guī)劃,提高區(qū)域交通效率提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的參考依據(jù)。并且為青島即將開(kāi)啟的地鐵商圈時(shí)代提前布局,從提高服務(wù)水平、提升整體片區(qū)交通面貌與形象、改善居民出行等方面謀劃嶄新的“新李村商圈”交通布局,進(jìn)而以點(diǎn)帶面促進(jìn)青島城區(qū)北部方向發(fā)展,為青島城區(qū)城域擴(kuò)張、重心外移提供基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施支持,不僅謀劃李村商圈的全新交通布局,同時(shí)力求使李村商圈成為青島乃至全國(guó)未來(lái)發(fā)展布局中優(yōu)質(zhì)的商業(yè)中心區(qū)與城市暢通交通的范例。
[Abstract]:Urban commercial circle is the basic law and inevitable choice of economic development and commercial civilization construction. It belongs to a worldwide social and economic phenomenon. In recent years, the rapid development of Li Village business circle, the rapid rise of commercial complex in promoting the movement of people in Li Village. Logistics distribution also caused more serious traffic congestion problems, mainly reflected in unreasonable planning, lack of foresight, the commercial district building layout is too dense, bear most of the traffic on the main road is too narrow. Imperfect traffic facilities lead to serious mixed traffic, frequent parking violations related to the inadequate supervision of units and other aspects. Compared to the urban center traffic congestion, the peak period of traffic congestion in commercial areas except commuting hours. In the holiday period is also extremely serious. This paper uses the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis method, first of all, the concept and characteristics of the business district traffic are introduced. Analyze the current situation of domestic and foreign research. Next, common problems in traffic planning of commercial district. The traffic characteristics and traffic behavior of the commercial district are systematically analyzed. The author extracts the map and the traffic flow data on the basis of many field visits. Detailed and comprehensive analysis of the current Licun business area of traffic congestion problems and the hidden dangers of traffic safety. This paper puts forward the basic ideas of traffic optimization in Li Village commercial district. Finally, it concretely expounds the adjustment of urban commercial system and layout, the perfection of the division of site function, the implementation of separation of people and vehicles, and the improvement of road network structure. Expansion of pedestrian streets and parking lots and other highly targeted and more feasible countermeasures. At present, the research direction of urban road traffic congestion is mainly within the relatively loose concept of the urban center. The research on the traffic of commercial district is relatively few. Therefore, this paper further refines the regional traffic planning for the business district of Licang. Improve the regional traffic efficiency to provide a solid reference basis. And for Qingdao will open the subway business area ahead of time layout, from improving the level of service, improve the overall area traffic appearance and image. Improve residents travel and other aspects of planning a new "new Licun business area" traffic layout, and then promote the northern direction of Qingdao urban development, for the expansion of urban areas of Qingdao, the center of gravity to provide infrastructure support. Not only to plan the new traffic layout of Li Cun business circle, but also to make it a good example for Qingdao and even the whole country in the future development layout of high quality commercial center district and city smooth traffic.
