【摘要】:克拉美麗氣田自2008年投產(chǎn)以來(lái),實(shí)際生產(chǎn)參數(shù)與開(kāi)發(fā)方案預(yù)測(cè)的指標(biāo)出入相差較大。隨著開(kāi)采時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),克拉美麗氣田的地質(zhì)參數(shù)發(fā)生了變化,單井物流含水率上升,產(chǎn)氣量變小,井口壓力遞減過(guò)快,已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)因壓力遞減導(dǎo)致單井來(lái)氣不能進(jìn)入集氣站而關(guān)井的現(xiàn)象,并使得集輸處理系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)性變差,嚴(yán)重影響了集氣處理系統(tǒng)的安全生產(chǎn)及氣田的綜合開(kāi)發(fā)效益。針對(duì)克拉美麗氣田集輸現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外地面工藝文獻(xiàn)的調(diào)研和相關(guān)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)以及地面工藝數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)地勘察,系統(tǒng)地開(kāi)展了克拉美麗氣田地面工藝適應(yīng)性研究,包括集輸系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)性研究和處理廠工藝適應(yīng)性研究?jī)蓚(gè)方面。 根據(jù)克拉美麗氣田采氣工藝流程特點(diǎn),以水合物形成溫度為判斷指標(biāo)的集輸評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)氣田46口單井在未來(lái)20年中的生產(chǎn)適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),明確不適應(yīng)單井的凍堵時(shí)間。通過(guò)對(duì)加熱工藝和注醇工藝的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)氣田不適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)單井提出不同的集輸工藝改造方案,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)注醇防凍工藝和加熱防凍工藝兩種改造調(diào)整方案進(jìn)行綜合比較分析,得出加熱節(jié)流工藝更加適應(yīng)克拉美麗氣田后期生產(chǎn)。 從投資、能耗和結(jié)構(gòu)適應(yīng)性三方面對(duì)克拉美麗氣田已建管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),首先采用管網(wǎng)分級(jí)優(yōu)化方法對(duì)克拉美麗氣田管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行投資最優(yōu)化求解,將目前實(shí)際管網(wǎng)與最優(yōu)管網(wǎng)從投資和能耗兩方面進(jìn)行比較和評(píng)價(jià),然后將枝狀管網(wǎng)和當(dāng)前放射狀管網(wǎng)的后期改造適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)氣田壓力和產(chǎn)量的變化特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行高低壓氣壓力等級(jí)劃分,最后提出單井增壓、集氣站增壓和處理廠集中增壓三種調(diào)整方案。通過(guò)對(duì)三種調(diào)整方案進(jìn)行了能耗和投資對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)高低壓分輸方案投資少,能耗小,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。 以產(chǎn)品氣烴露點(diǎn)和水露點(diǎn)作為處理廠的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),首先采用油氣處理軟件HYSYS對(duì)處理廠工藝適應(yīng)性分析評(píng)價(jià),然后對(duì)影響處理廠工藝的因素進(jìn)行分析,找出影響處理廠工藝的關(guān)鍵因素,最后根據(jù)高低壓分輸方案氣量特點(diǎn)將處理廠工藝調(diào)整分為五個(gè)時(shí)間段,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)每個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)的調(diào)整方案進(jìn)行分析,最后形成了“前增壓+丙烷制冷”的低壓氣處理工藝改造技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Kelameili gas field production since 2008, predict the actual production parameters and development scheme index difference. Entry with the exploitation of time, changes in the geological parameters of the Kelameili gas field, water logistics single well gas production rate increased, smaller, wellhead pressure decreases too fast, has emerged as a result of pressure decline in single well can not enter the gas gathering station and shut the phenomenon, and the gathering and treatment system adaptability, seriously affect the comprehensive development benefit of safe production and gas field gathering processing system. On the basis of Kelameili gas gathering status and existing problems, through on-the-spot investigation research on domestic and international literature and related data of Surface Technology Statistics and ground process data, systematically study the beautiful process adaptability of gas field Kela, including process system adaptability research and treatment plant adaptability research gathering Study the two aspects.
According to the Kelameili gas production process characteristics, as the judgment index gathering evaluation to the hydrate formation temperature to evaluate the adaptability of gas field 46 wells in the next 20 years, clearly not adapt to freezing time blocking single wells. By analyzing the influencing factors of the heating process and alcohol injection technology, the to put a different production gas gathering process reconstruction scheme of single well, after a comprehensive adjustment and reconstruction scheme on two kinds of alcohol injection process and heating antifreezing anti freezing process of comparative analysis, the heating and throttling process is more suitable to the Kelameili gas field after production.
From the investment, energy consumption and structure adaptability of three aspects of the Kelameili built network comprehensive evaluation, firstly, network optimization method to solve the optimal investment grade of Kelameili pipe, the actual pipe network and the optimal network from two aspects of investment and energy consumption are compared and evaluated, and then the late reformation adaptive branch network and current the radial network is analyzed. The high and low pressure of compressed air classification according to the characteristics of gas pressure and production, and finally put forward the single well pressure, gas gathering station and pressurization treatment plant booster three adjustment schemes. Through the comparison of three kinds of energy consumption and investment adjustment scheme, found conveying schemes of less investment, low energy consumption and strong adaptability.
The hydrocarbon dew point of product gas and the dew point of water treatment plant as the evaluation index, the oil and gas processing software HYSYS to analysis and evaluation of plant adaptability, then the influence factors of treatment process analysis, find out the key factors affecting the treatment process, according to the characteristics of gas conveying schemes will adjust the treatment process for the five time, based on the analysis of the adjustment scheme of each time period, the final form of the "pre pressurization + propane refrigeration" low-pressure gas processing technology.
