【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為國(guó)際貿(mào)易和電子商務(wù)帶來(lái)了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),也帶來(lái)了全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,跨境電子商務(wù)如何提高中國(guó)企業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)綜合績(jī)效,已經(jīng)成為學(xué)術(shù)界、企業(yè)和政府關(guān)心的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)交易的普及率還不夠高,且實(shí)施效果也不甚理想。那么跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)成功實(shí)施的影響因素有哪些?這些影響因素的作用強(qiáng)度和作用方向如何?如何提高我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的綜合績(jī)效?本文圍繞上述問(wèn)題,在跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效(成功實(shí)施)的影響因素體系和分析模型,提出了跨境電商成功實(shí)施(綜合績(jī)效)的提升建議與措施。本文主要按照以下思路展開(kāi)研究和寫作。首先,在分析綜合績(jī)效概念的基礎(chǔ)之上,借鑒前人成功研究經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文以綜合績(jī)效表示成功實(shí)施,即以跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效表示跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施。其次,結(jié)合我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)特征和經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,參考借鑒現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)由理論分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效(成功實(shí)施)的影響因素體系;隨后,在跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建和評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證的基礎(chǔ)之上,分別利用單因素最小二乘法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)證研究分析各影響因素對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效(成功實(shí)施)的作用強(qiáng)度和作用方向;最后,結(jié)合跨境電子商務(wù)影響因素分析和綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)證結(jié)果,在問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,提出促進(jìn)跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施的建議與措施。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括以下內(nèi)容。首先,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。以系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)思想修正了平衡計(jì)分卡,以投入與收益、顧客滿意與信任、體系建設(shè)與管理、學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展四個(gè)維度為基本框架,經(jīng)過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系降維和有效性檢驗(yàn)后,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;本文這種經(jīng)過(guò)初步評(píng)價(jià),將作用機(jī)理類似或作用強(qiáng)度較弱的指標(biāo)予以聚類合并,對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行降維,以減少評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)數(shù)量和簡(jiǎn)化指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu),從而能夠提高績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)可靠度和精度,提高評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可操作性、實(shí)用性和針對(duì)性。其次,展開(kāi)了基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證研究。利用層次分析法確立模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)中的模糊隸屬度和模糊函數(shù),以克服層次分析法的評(píng)價(jià)誤差較大和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)中模糊隸屬函數(shù)硬性確定的缺陷。通過(guò)跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效的實(shí)證研究,為后繼影響因素分析提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ);第三,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施(綜合績(jī)效)的影響因素體系。在分析我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)特征的基礎(chǔ)上,參考現(xiàn)有研究文獻(xiàn)成果,結(jié)合理論分析和問(wèn)卷調(diào)研,經(jīng)影響因素篩選,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施(綜合績(jī)效)的影響因素體系;第四,分別進(jìn)行了基于單因素最小二乘法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的跨境電子商務(wù)影響因素實(shí)證研究,分析了各個(gè)影響因素對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施(綜合績(jī)效)的作用強(qiáng)度,以及不同影響因素在不同區(qū)間取值時(shí)對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施(綜合績(jī)效)的作用方向;第五,提出了跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施的建議措施。以跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施(綜合績(jī)效)影響因素分析為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)10家跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)實(shí)證研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合企業(yè)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),從跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)信用建設(shè)、海關(guān)監(jiān)管模式、跨境支付模式、國(guó)際物流模式和企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略等方面提出了若干促進(jìn)跨境電子商務(wù)成功實(shí)施的建議措施;最后,本文基于綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)分析影響因素作用和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系降維的研究思路,以及在跨境電子商務(wù)綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)和影響因素分析中提出的實(shí)證研究方法,對(duì)其它的系統(tǒng)分析同樣具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The economic globalization and Internet technology has brought hitherto unknown challenge for international trade and e-commerce, has also brought new opportunities for development, cross-border e-commerce to improve international competitiveness Chinese enterprises, strengthen the comprehensive performance of enterprises, has become one of the hot issues in academic circles, enterprises and government concern. Compared with the developed countries, the popularity of e-commerce transactions our cross-border rate is still not high enough, and the effect is not ideal. Then the influence factors of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, the successful implementation of what? The influence factors and the strength for the direction? How to improve the comprehensive performance of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China? This thesis focuses on these problems, based on the empirical performance the cross-border e-commerce evaluation on the construction of the comprehensive performance of cross-border e-commerce (successful implementation) the influence factors system and analysis model, put forward The successful implementation of cross-border electricity supplier (performance) improvement suggestions and measures.
