【摘要】:經(jīng)濟全球化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術為國際貿(mào)易和電子商務帶來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),也帶來了全新的發(fā)展機遇,跨境電子商務如何提高中國企業(yè)的國際競爭力,加強企業(yè)綜合績效,已經(jīng)成為學術界、企業(yè)和政府關心的熱點問題之一。與發(fā)達國家相比,我國跨境電子商務交易的普及率還不夠高,且實施效果也不甚理想。那么跨境電子商務企業(yè)成功實施的影響因素有哪些?這些影響因素的作用強度和作用方向如何?如何提高我國跨境電子商務企業(yè)的綜合績效?本文圍繞上述問題,在跨境電子商務綜合績效評價實證的基礎上,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務綜合績效(成功實施)的影響因素體系和分析模型,提出了跨境電商成功實施(綜合績效)的提升建議與措施。本文主要按照以下思路展開研究和寫作。首先,在分析綜合績效概念的基礎之上,借鑒前人成功研究經(jīng)驗,本文以綜合績效表示成功實施,即以跨境電子商務綜合績效表示跨境電子商務成功實施。其次,結(jié)合我國跨境電子商務企業(yè)特征和經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,參考借鑒現(xiàn)有文獻,經(jīng)由理論分析和問卷調(diào)研的基礎上,構(gòu)建跨境電子商務綜合績效(成功實施)的影響因素體系;隨后,在跨境電子商務綜合績效評價指標體系構(gòu)建和評價實證的基礎之上,分別利用單因素最小二乘法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡實證研究分析各影響因素對跨境電子商務綜合績效(成功實施)的作用強度和作用方向;最后,結(jié)合跨境電子商務影響因素分析和綜合績效評價的實證結(jié)果,在問卷調(diào)研的基礎上,提出促進跨境電子商務成功實施的建議與措施。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點包括以下內(nèi)容。首先,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務綜合績效評價指標體系。以系統(tǒng)動力學思想修正了平衡計分卡,以投入與收益、顧客滿意與信任、體系建設與管理、學習發(fā)展四個維度為基本框架,經(jīng)過評價指標體系降維和有效性檢驗后,構(gòu)建了一個跨境電子商務綜合績效評價指標體系;本文這種經(jīng)過初步評價,將作用機理類似或作用強度較弱的指標予以聚類合并,對跨境電子商務綜合績效評價指標體系進行降維,以減少評價指標數(shù)量和簡化指標體系結(jié)構(gòu),從而能夠提高績效評價可靠度和精度,提高評價結(jié)果的可操作性、實用性和針對性。其次,展開了基于模糊綜合評價的跨境電子商務綜合績效評價實證研究。利用層次分析法確立模糊綜合評價中的模糊隸屬度和模糊函數(shù),以克服層次分析法的評價誤差較大和模糊綜合評價中模糊隸屬函數(shù)硬性確定的缺陷。通過跨境電子商務綜合績效的實證研究,為后繼影響因素分析提供了堅實基礎;第三,構(gòu)建了跨境電子商務成功實施(綜合績效)的影響因素體系。在分析我國跨境電子商務企業(yè)特征的基礎上,參考現(xiàn)有研究文獻成果,結(jié)合理論分析和問卷調(diào)研,經(jīng)影響因素篩選,構(gòu)建了一個跨境電子商務成功實施(綜合績效)的影響因素體系;第四,分別進行了基于單因素最小二乘法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的跨境電子商務影響因素實證研究,分析了各個影響因素對跨境電子商務成功實施(綜合績效)的作用強度,以及不同影響因素在不同區(qū)間取值時對跨境電子商務成功實施(綜合績效)的作用方向;第五,提出了跨境電子商務成功實施的建議措施。以跨境電子商務成功實施(綜合績效)影響因素分析為研究對象,根據(jù)10家跨境電子商務企業(yè)實證研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),從跨境電子商務企業(yè)信用建設、海關監(jiān)管模式、跨境支付模式、國際物流模式和企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略等方面提出了若干促進跨境電子商務成功實施的建議措施;最后,本文基于綜合績效評價來分析影響因素作用和評價指標體系降維的研究思路,以及在跨境電子商務綜合績效評價和影響因素分析中提出的實證研究方法,對其它的系統(tǒng)分析同樣具有借鑒意義。
