【摘要】:現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,集裝箱起重機越來越追求效率。因為船舶的集裝箱堆疊錯落有致,高低不整,在吊裝船舶上位于中間的集裝箱稍有不慎就會撞到旁邊的集裝箱,并可能導(dǎo)致嚴重的安全事故。此外,岸橋小車的運行速度本身就非?,司機在駕駛室觀測吊具下方吊裝的集裝箱位置不是很敏感。因此,為了安全起見,司機在吊裝過程中,往往會把起升高度拉的非常高,吊具處于遠遠高于集裝箱上方的正常高度。但這種過度起升的運行軌跡,往往增加不必要的起升高度,導(dǎo)致裝卸時間大幅增加,效率顯著下降,不僅增加起重機能耗,同時也減少鋼絲繩壽命和增加機械磨損。另外,由于對高度不敏感,在吊裝過程中,提箱和著箱過程中由于速度快,會帶來很多的沖擊,損壞集裝箱和車輛,也可能由于鋼絲繩過度送放帶來鋼絲繩損傷。為了解決上述問題,本文利用PLC技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、HMI技術(shù)等研發(fā)了一種岸線集裝箱起重機裝卸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用兩個激光測距儀對集裝箱橋吊下面船舶甲板上的集裝箱堆放情況進行實時監(jiān)測,再利用工業(yè)控制用PLC通過合理編程對激光測距儀傳回的數(shù)據(jù)進行及時有效的處理,將這些處理過的數(shù)據(jù)與岸橋本身的起升和小車絕對值編碼器提供的信息相結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)對起升和小車動作安全高效的控制。該系統(tǒng)還可以利用不同激光傳感器和設(shè)備本身自有的傳感器之間位置數(shù)據(jù)的實時比對,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)自身的自糾錯功能,從而確保系統(tǒng)本身的安全性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, container cranes are becoming more and more efficient because the container stacking of ships is fragmented and uneven. The container in the middle of the hoisting ship may collide with the next container, which may lead to serious safety accidents. In addition, the speed of the quayside trolley itself is very fast. It is not very sensitive for the driver to observe the container position under the hoist in the cab. Therefore, for the sake of safety, the driver will often pull the hoisting height very high in the course of hoisting. The hoist is far higher than the normal height above the container, but this excessive lifting track often increases the unnecessary lifting height, resulting in a large increase in loading and unloading time and a significant decrease in efficiency. Not only increase the energy consumption of crane, but also reduce the life of wire rope and increase mechanical wear. In addition, because of the insensitivity to height, in the process of hoisting, there will be a lot of impact in the process of hoisting and handling. Damage to containers and vehicles may also be caused by excessive wire rope wire rope damage. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses PLC technology, network communication technology, sensor technology. HMI has developed a kind of container crane loading and unloading monitoring system, which uses two laser rangefinders to monitor the container stacking on the ship deck under the container crane in real time. Then the data from the laser rangefinder are processed in a timely and effective manner by using industrial control PLC through reasonable programming. The processed data is combined with the information provided by the lift of the shore bridge itself and the absolute value encoder of the car. The system can also make use of the real-time comparison of position data between different laser sensors and their own sensors to realize the self-correcting function of the system. To ensure the security and reliability of the system itself.
