【摘要】:料位檢測在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中占據(jù)著重要的地位。但是現(xiàn)有的常用檢測技術(shù)存在誤信號高,維護工作量大的問題,特別是目前比較通用的γ射線料位計存在著對人體健康危害性大,日常維護難度大,一旦發(fā)生丟失或破損其后果難以控制等突出缺陷,因此研究一種實用、安全、可靠、安裝維護便利的料位檢測技術(shù)對實現(xiàn)給料系統(tǒng)的完全自動化控制有著重要的意義。翻車機是大型、高效、自動化的成套卸車設(shè)備,是散料輸送系統(tǒng)中的最重要環(huán)節(jié),是煤炭卸載的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,其安全運行直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。翻車機底層給料溜槽的料位檢測十分重要,由于受到現(xiàn)場復(fù)雜惡劣工況的影響,給料位測量帶來諸多不便,一旦發(fā)生檢測不及時或誤信號反饋,將會導(dǎo)致冒斗或空震等問題的發(fā)生,嚴重影響設(shè)備和人員安全,降低企業(yè)的運行效率。本文通過對翻車機溜槽有限元分析和多次現(xiàn)場料位檢測實驗驗證,建立了基于分布式FBG的翻車機溜槽群料位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)模型,對應(yīng)力集中點或最大應(yīng)力點實時準確定位,不僅能夠為工作人員提供準確的故障位置信息并實時在線監(jiān)測溜槽料位變化,及時檢測出冒斗或空震等問題,防止料的排空或溢出,保證各溜槽物料的協(xié)調(diào)一致供給,提高系統(tǒng)的整體卸車效率,而且將改變傳統(tǒng)的料位檢測技術(shù)模式,在港口實現(xiàn)大型港機設(shè)備的基于光纖傳感器的料位在線連續(xù)檢測功能,滿足物流網(wǎng)時代港口企業(yè)對關(guān)鍵大型設(shè)備的安全管理要求,并最終實現(xiàn)翻車機系統(tǒng)的完全自動化協(xié)調(diào)給料作業(yè)。本論文的主要工作:(1)研究分析了翻車機溜槽料位檢測技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀,并介紹了光纖光柵傳感技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。(2)為了分析荷載加載方式,我們分析了煤料流動特性對溜槽卸料過程的影響。通過對煤料側(cè)向摩擦的理論分析研究,并結(jié)合翻車機溜槽結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元模型分析,實現(xiàn)了溜槽輻板在靜態(tài)和動態(tài)載荷作用下的載荷分布規(guī)律,光纖傳感器布設(shè)技術(shù)的研究及構(gòu)建檢測系統(tǒng)模型。(3)分析了面向料位監(jiān)測的光纖光柵應(yīng)變傳感模型,并對傳感器彈性體進行了有限元分析和實驗分析,結(jié)果表明傳感器具有良好的一致性和重復(fù)性,能夠滿足工程實際測量。(4)分析了光纖光柵料位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法,對傳感器的安裝和料位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進行研究。(5)對翻車機溜槽料位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進行了現(xiàn)場的運行測試運用,并實現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)功能,實驗結(jié)果表明基于光纖光柵的料位監(jiān)測技術(shù)能夠良好地對翻車機溜槽料位長期實時在線監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Material level detection in industrial production occupies an important position. But the detection technique of the existing error signal is high, the maintenance workload, especially the more general gamma ray level meter has caused great harm to human health, daily maintenance is difficult, in case of loss or damage is difficult to control the consequences other prominent defects, so the research of a practical, safe, reliable, convenient installation and maintenance of material level detection technology to realize to fully automated control of the feeding system has important significance. The dumper is large, efficient, automated complete unloading equipment, is the most important part of bulk material conveying system, is the key equipment coal unloading, its safe operation is directly related to the economic benefits of the enterprise. The dumper bottom feed trough liquid level detection is very important, because of complex scene of harsh conditions, feeding position measurement Bring a lot of inconvenience, the event detection is not timely or error feedback signal will lead to take the bucket or empty shock problems, seriously affect the safety of equipment and personnel, reduce the operating efficiency of the enterprise. Through the material level detection experiments on the dumper chute finite element analysis and field, established a distributed FBG dumper chute group level monitoring system based on the model, the stress concentration point or the maximum stress point of real-time accurate positioning, can not only provide accurate fault location information for the staff and the real-time online monitoring of chute material changes, timely detection of problems such as empty bucket or take the shock, to prevent material emptying or overflow, ensure consistent supply of the chute material, improve the overall handling efficiency, but also change the traditional mode of material position detection technology, in the port of large port machine equipment based on optical fiber sensor in material The continuous line detection function, meet the requirements of the safety management of key equipment of the logistics network era of port enterprises, and finally realize the completely automatic dumper system coordinated feeding operation. The main work of this paper: (1) research and analysis of the status of a dumper chute material detection technology, and introduces the development status of fiber grating sensor technology. (2) in order to analyze the loading pattern, we analyze the influence on flow characteristics of coal chute unloading process. Based on the coal lateral friction theoretical analysis, combined with the finite element analysis model of car dumper chute, the load in the static and dynamic load distribution chute the web, and Study on the construction of optical fiber sensor layout technology detection system model. (3) analysis for monitoring the material level of the fiber Bragg grating strain sensing model of sensor, and elastomers were Co. Element analysis and experimental analysis, results show that the sensor has good consistency and repeatability, which can meet the engineering actual measurement. (4) analyzed the design method of monitoring system of fiber grating material, to study the sensor installation and material level monitoring system. (5) were tested using the field operation of car dumper chute level monitoring system, and realize the function of this system, the experimental results show that the fiber grating material level monitoring technology can well level long-term online monitoring of car dumper based on the chute.
