【摘要】:電子商務(wù)日益成為拉動我國消費需求、促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要動力,而電子商務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展離不開我國快遞業(yè)的強(qiáng)力支撐。近年來我國快遞業(yè)雖已經(jīng)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展時期,但快遞業(yè)整體發(fā)展水平依舊很低,功能還有待進(jìn)一步完善。因此,通過對我國快遞業(yè)進(jìn)行評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)不足之處并進(jìn)行改進(jìn),對我國快遞業(yè)更好更快地發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文首先收集業(yè)務(wù)量、業(yè)務(wù)收入、網(wǎng)點數(shù)量、申訴率、申訴結(jié)果滿意率、人均效能、錯分率、平均時效等數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系,并對各家公司的這些指標(biāo)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計分析,然后針對申通快遞、順豐速運、圓通速遞、韻達(dá)快遞、中通快遞這五家物流快遞企業(yè)的特點分別建立了目標(biāo)層、準(zhǔn)則層、方案層評價體系,用層次分析模型、AHP-模糊綜合評價模型進(jìn)行主觀評價,再應(yīng)用主成分分析模型對這幾家快遞公司進(jìn)行客觀綜合評價,實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):用層次分析法得到這五家快遞公司的排名為:申通、圓通、中通、順豐、韻達(dá);用AHP-模糊綜合評價法得到這五家快遞公司的排名為:申通、中通、圓通、順豐、韻達(dá);用主成分分析模型評價法得到這五家快遞公司的排名為:申通、圓通、中通、韻達(dá)、順豐。由于上述三種方法具有一定的差異性,為了判定上述三種評價方法結(jié)果的一致性,本文用Kendall一致性系數(shù)進(jìn)行檢驗,實證表明上述三種方法均通過了一致性檢驗,即每種方法的評價結(jié)論較為接近。接著本文對上述三種評價方法得到的分值進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理,進(jìn)行組合評價,得到五家快遞公司排名為:申通、圓通、中通、順豐、韻達(dá)。最后,依據(jù)本文研究結(jié)論并結(jié)合我國快遞業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:E-commerce is increasingly becoming an important driving force for stimulating consumer demand, promoting the upgrading of traditional industries and developing modern service industries. In recent years, China's express delivery industry has entered a period of rapid development, but the overall development level of express delivery industry is still very low. The function needs to be further improved. Therefore, through the evaluation of the express industry in China, find out the deficiencies and improve the development of express industry in China better and faster. First of all, this paper collects the volume of business. Business income, network number, complaint rate, satisfaction rate of appeal results, per capita efficacy, misclassification rate, average time-limit and other data, the establishment of evaluation index system, and the descriptive statistical analysis of these indicators of each company. Then for Shentong express, Shunfeng express, Yuantong express delivery, prosody express delivery, Zhongtong express delivery of these five logistics express enterprise characteristics, respectively set up the target layer, criteria layer, program layer evaluation system, using AHP model. AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for subjective evaluation, and then use the principal component analysis model to carry out the objective comprehensive evaluation of these express companies. Empirical study found that: analytic hierarchy process to get the five express companies ranked as: Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Shunfeng, Yunda; With AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the five express companies ranked as: Shentong, Zhongtong, Yuantong, Shunfeng, Yunda; With the principal component analysis model evaluation method, the five express delivery companies are ranked as: Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Yunda, Shunfeng. Due to the above three methods have certain differences. In order to determine the consistency of the above three evaluation methods, this paper uses the Kendall consistency coefficient to test, the empirical results show that the above three methods have passed the consistency test. That is, the evaluation results of each method are relatively close. Then this paper standardized the above three evaluation methods, combined evaluation, obtained five express companies ranked as: Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong. Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper and the problems existing in the development of express industry in China, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
