【摘要】：區(qū)分現(xiàn)代物流與傳統(tǒng)物流的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)是物流信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用能力,其主要原因在于信息技術(shù)的使用能夠顯著提升物流作業(yè)效率。因此,現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)從表面上看是市場(chǎng)份額的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而實(shí)際上更是企業(yè)信息化能力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。隨著國(guó)外物流巨頭及國(guó)內(nèi)民營(yíng)速遞物流企業(yè)紛紛涌入天津市場(chǎng),天津郵政速遞物流股份有限公司作為老牌國(guó)有企業(yè)雖有其得天獨(dú)厚的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),但也面臨著巨大的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本文在總結(jié)國(guó)外物流企業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)天津郵政速遞物流股份有限公司目前業(yè)務(wù)中存在的問題進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),并根據(jù)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)能力、技術(shù)能力和員工業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),提出了企業(yè)信息化改造措施。借助二維條碼、RFID、GIS和GPS等較成熟的物流信息技術(shù),使物流活動(dòng)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)銜接更加緊密,提高物流作業(yè)效率,提升郵政速遞物流客戶服務(wù)能力。本文主要內(nèi)容由以下四個(gè)部分組成:第一部分:緒論。主要闡述了本文的研究目的及意義,歸納總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外物流信息化研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了論文的研究思路和基本框架。第二部分:梳理論文研究的基礎(chǔ)理論。這一部分首先介紹了物流信息的含義、特點(diǎn)、形成原理及技術(shù)功能。其次,歸納總結(jié)了物流信息化的內(nèi)涵,價(jià)值,建設(shè)模型及在物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要戰(zhàn)略地位。最后,在分析現(xiàn)代物流含義的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了條碼、RFID、GIS、GPS等關(guān)鍵物流信息技術(shù),以及現(xiàn)代物流與物流信息技術(shù)之間的關(guān)系。第三部分:綜述天津郵政速遞物流股份有限公司信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。筆者在歸納物流信息技術(shù)對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)重要作用的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)天津郵政速遞物流企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析,同時(shí)指出了企業(yè)在內(nèi)部管理、業(yè)務(wù)作業(yè)等方面存在的主要問題。第四部分:概括指明制約天津郵政速遞物流股份有限公司發(fā)展的主要因素,并提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施。借鑒是為了更快的超越,在分析總結(jié)日本、德國(guó)、美國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家物流企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合天津郵政速遞物流股份有限公司實(shí)際情況,借助二維條碼、無線射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)、地理信息系統(tǒng)和全球定位系統(tǒng)等物流信息技術(shù)升級(jí)改造現(xiàn)有物流信息系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)成果。
[Abstract]:Distinguish between an important index of modern logistics and traditional logistics is the logistics application ability of information technology, the main reason lies in the use of information technology can significantly improve the operation efficiency of logistics. Therefore, the competition between the modern logistics enterprises from the surface of the market competition, and in fact is the enterprise informatization capability of competition. With foreign logistics giants and domestic private express delivery enterprises have entered the Tianjin market, Tianjin postal express logistics Limited by Share Ltd as the old state-owned enterprises have the advantage be richly endowed by nature, but it is facing a huge market competition. Based on the summary of the development experience of foreign logistics enterprises, the Tianjin postal express logistics business in the Limited by Share Ltd the problems are summarized, and according to the existing economic capability of enterprises, technical ability and professional quality of staff And put forward measures of enterprise informatization transformation. With the help of 2D barcode, RFID, logistics information technology more mature GIS and GPS, so that the logistics activity of each link more closely, improve the operating efficiency of logistics, enhance the postal express logistics customer service ability. The main content of this paper consists of four parts: the first part: introduction. This study describes the purpose and significance, summarizes the research status of domestic and international logistics informatization, introduces the research ideas and the basic framework of the thesis. The second part: the basic theory of this thesis. This part firstly introduces the meaning of logistics information, characteristics, principle and technology. Secondly, summarizes the connotation logistics information, the value of the construction model and in the development of logistics industry in an important strategic position. Finally, based on the analysis of the meaning of modern logistics, this paper introduces the bar, RFID, GIS, GP S is the key technology of logistics information, and the relationship between modern logistics and logistics information technology. The third part: the current situation of the development of logistics information Limited by Share Ltd Tianjin postal review. Based on the important role of modern logistics enterprises, summed up the logistics information technology, the development status of Tianjin postal express logistics enterprise informationization are analyzed, and pointed out that the enterprises in the main problems of internal management, business operation and other aspects. The fourth part: summary indicates the main factors restricting the development of Tianjin postal express logistics Limited by Share Ltd, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. In order to draw faster beyond, by analyzing the successful experiences of Japan, Germany, the United States and other developed countries in information construction of logistics enterprises, combined with the Tianjin postal express logistics Limited by Share Ltd actual situation, by means of two-dimensional bar code, RFID The logistics information technology, such as technology, geographic information system and global positioning system, upgrade the existing logistics information system, and then improve the achievements of enterprise information construction.
