【摘要】:物流業(yè)并不是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的行業(yè),其包含了多個(gè)相關(guān)聯(lián)的產(chǎn)業(yè),是整合后的綜合類行業(yè)。企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中對(duì)物流業(yè)的依賴性越來越大,這一情況使得物流業(yè)突飛猛進(jìn),逐步成為了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的中流砥柱。隨著物流業(yè)不斷的發(fā)展更新,現(xiàn)在的物流業(yè)已經(jīng)在構(gòu)架和管理方面步入了現(xiàn)代化的領(lǐng)域,日后必將實(shí)現(xiàn)全方位的現(xiàn)代化。當(dāng)今世界,局勢(shì)復(fù)雜,各個(gè)行業(yè)都在迅速擠占市場(chǎng)。要想物流業(yè)在日后的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中占據(jù)先機(jī),就必須加快物流業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。此外,物流業(yè)對(duì)于我國(guó)行業(yè)穩(wěn)定至關(guān)重要,是維持我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力支撐。烏蘭察布市具備良好的區(qū)位交通優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)發(fā)展物流業(yè)十分有利。烏蘭察布市位于自治區(qū)中部,是連接?xùn)|北、華北、西北三大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的交通樞紐,連接京津冀和呼包銀兩個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),不僅是國(guó)內(nèi)南北交聯(lián)重市,更是我國(guó)和毗鄰之國(guó)商貿(mào)互通的戰(zhàn)略樞紐。烏蘭察布市擁有五條鐵路干線、兩條高速公路及多條省際大通道,形成了以集寧為中心,貫通東、西、南、北快捷的交通格局,為物流業(yè)發(fā)展提供了良好的交通條件。集寧現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)作為烏蘭察布市現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的核心,在宏觀管理上由政府負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)管,在運(yùn)營(yíng)上則由園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)自行決策。然而,作為首個(gè)涵蓋功能全面的園區(qū),如何建設(shè)并運(yùn)營(yíng)好這個(gè)園區(qū)成為了一大難題。由于以往從未有過同類型物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),因此會(huì)出現(xiàn)以下的問題:第一,在建設(shè)方針上,并無往日經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供借鑒;第二,建設(shè)一個(gè)多功能的物流園區(qū)需要花費(fèi)大量的金錢和人力,占用很大面積的土地,如果沒有可靠的設(shè)計(jì)和充分的考慮,難以獲得成功。如何使用科學(xué)的建設(shè)方法,切實(shí)有效的保障園區(qū)功能正常發(fā)揮,是建設(shè)者要思慮周全的一件要事;诖饲闆r,本文對(duì)建設(shè)及運(yùn)營(yíng)方面進(jìn)行了深入的研究分析,并提出了自己的看法,希望可以對(duì)園區(qū)的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)起到參考性的作用。在進(jìn)行分析時(shí),本文首先進(jìn)行了信息搜集,并且整理出了大量的有用信息。其次,遍閱有關(guān)文章和論著,針對(duì)全球物流園區(qū)的實(shí)際情況和成果進(jìn)行了分析。最后按照我國(guó)對(duì)此的有關(guān)規(guī)定,全面布局,使用科學(xué)的研究方法,并且結(jié)合目前情況,得出了自己的結(jié)論:在宏觀的把握上,園區(qū)應(yīng)該將自己定位為綜合型物流園區(qū),對(duì)未來的發(fā)展和需要的努力的方向做出了系統(tǒng)化的闡釋,希望能提高園區(qū)在管理和運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的實(shí)際操控性。

With the development of logistics the industry constantly updated, now the logistics industry has entered the modernization in the field of architecture and management, will achieve a full range of modern Japan. In today's world, the situation is complex, various industries are rapidly crowding the market. The logistics industry to take the initiative in the days after the development of the market, we must accelerate the overall development of logistics industry. In addition, the logistics industry is essential for China's stability in the industry, is to maintain a strong support for the stable development of China's economy. Wulanchabu city has a good geographical advantages, the development of the logistics industry is very Good. Wulanchabu city is located in the autonomous region of central North China, connecting the northeast, northwest of the three economic zone transportation hub, connecting Beijing and Tianjin and call an important node packet versus economic circle, not only is the north and South City, it is the hub of crosslinking, war in China and the adjacent country trade exchange Wulanchabu has slightly. The five railway lines, two highways and a number of provincial highway, formed in Jining as the center, through the East, West, South, North and the traffic pattern, a good traffic conditions for the development of the logistics industry. Jining modern logistics park as the core of modern logistics industry in Wulanchabu City, in the macro management the government is responsible for supervision, in operation by the enterprises in the park to make their own decisions. However, as the first park covers comprehensive functions, how to build and operate the park has become a big problem. Because the past has never been the same type Experience in the construction of logistics park, so there will be the following problems: first, the construction of policy, there is no past experience for reference; second, the construction of a multifunctional logistics park needs to spend a lot of money and manpower, occupy a large area of land, without a reliable and fully considered, it is difficult to obtain how to use scientific methods. The successful construction of the normal function, ensure the park effective play, is an important matter to the builders thoughtful. Based on this, this article on the construction and operation of in-depth research, and put forward their own views, hope to the construction and operation of the Park to play a reference the role. In the analysis, this paper carried out the information collection, and summarizes a lot of useful information. Secondly, through reading relevant articles and according to the actual situation of global logistics park Analyzes the conditions and results. Finally, in accordance with the relevant provisions of China's overall layout, the use of scientific research methods, and combined with the current situation, draw their own conclusions: in macro grasp, the park should position themselves for integrated logistics park, made a systematic explanation for the future development and the need for direction, hoping to improve the actual control of the park in management and operation.
