【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與供應(yīng)鏈技術(shù)的發(fā)展驅(qū)動(dòng)現(xiàn)代物流加速轉(zhuǎn)變,也給城市物流貨運(yùn)設(shè)施規(guī)劃實(shí)施帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)。現(xiàn)行城市建設(shè)用地分類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將貨運(yùn)、物流、批發(fā)市場(chǎng)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)用地等相關(guān)用地歸并為物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)用地,但是相關(guān)問(wèn)題仍然沒(méi)有得到細(xì)致梳理。本文以深圳市為例,分析了深圳在物流貨運(yùn)空間設(shè)施規(guī)劃與建設(shè)實(shí)施方面的實(shí)踐,從規(guī)劃與土地、行業(yè)因素等維度剖析了規(guī)劃實(shí)施的難點(diǎn),結(jié)合相關(guān)國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了通過(guò)建立適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的規(guī)劃體系、打造綜合性物流設(shè)施和調(diào)整政府角色定位的方式改進(jìn)規(guī)劃實(shí)施機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Accelerate the transformation of driving the development of modern logistics and supply chain of Internet technology, but also to the city logistics facilities planning and implementation has brought new challenges. The current city construction land classification standard of freight logistics, warehousing, wholesale market, land and other related land merged into logistics and warehouse, but the problem still has not been carefully combed. Taking Shenzhen city as an example, analyzes the Shenzhen implementation of the practice in the planning and construction of logistics facilities from space, planning and land, dimensions of industry factors such as difficulties of planning and implementation, combined with the relevant international experience, put forward to establish a planning system through the market mechanism, improve the planning and implementation mechanism to build integrated logistics the role of government facilities and adjust the way.
