【摘要】:在國家“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”政策支持的背景下,我國生鮮電子商務(wù)(簡稱生鮮電商)發(fā)展迅速,形成了四種主要的電商模式:平臺生鮮電商、區(qū)域生鮮電商、物流生鮮電商、傳統(tǒng)渠道生鮮電商。由于生鮮食品保鮮期短、易腐敗、長途冷鏈運(yùn)輸成本高,導(dǎo)致生鮮電商企業(yè)長期處于虧損狀態(tài),不利于生鮮行業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展;此外,隨著居民生活水平的提高,人們對生鮮食品新鮮度的要求逐年提高,這也要求電商企業(yè)提升生鮮配送的時效性。配送中心作為物流配送系統(tǒng)的節(jié)點(diǎn)和中間樞紐,可以有效縮短生鮮的運(yùn)輸時間,降低生鮮損腐率,提升配送速率,因此,研究“生鮮圈”配送中心選址具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和科學(xué)價值。首先,本文梳理了關(guān)于配送中心選址的理論基礎(chǔ),闡述了配送中心的定義和深層次的含義,分析了配送中心的作用和生鮮的主要運(yùn)作模式。其次,本文闡釋了配送中心選址應(yīng)該遵循的原則和選址的影響因素,并詳細(xì)介紹了選址的一般程序。并在現(xiàn)階段基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)介紹了我國配送中心選址的常用方法。最后,整理了生鮮食品需求量預(yù)測理論,包括作用、原理、方法,重點(diǎn)介紹灰色預(yù)測模型,為預(yù)測區(qū)域內(nèi)生鮮需求量提供依據(jù)。然后,本文在國內(nèi)外對生鮮食品配送中心選址研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基于生鮮食品和其他產(chǎn)品的差異,提出構(gòu)建“生鮮圈”配送中心選址模型,在先前學(xué)者模型的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行細(xì)化,將生鮮按兩個品類進(jìn)行模型構(gòu)建,增加了生鮮配送中心選址的科學(xué)性和和合理性,并用遺傳算法求解選址問題。最后,以太原市為例應(yīng)用配送中心選址模型,根據(jù)太原市發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)用灰色預(yù)測模型預(yù)測居民區(qū)內(nèi)生鮮需求量。再以需求量為依據(jù),為太原市某電商進(jìn)行生鮮配送中心選址,首先利用調(diào)查和初步專家評價,確定備選點(diǎn),然后利用遺傳算法求解模型,獲得最佳候選點(diǎn),使得固定成本、運(yùn)輸成本、損耗成本等總和最小化。最后對選址模型中參數(shù)進(jìn)行靈敏度分析,對選址結(jié)果進(jìn)行評價,確定最終選址。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the national "Internet" policy support, fresh e-commerce (abbreviated as fresh e-commerce) has developed rapidly in China, forming four main e-commerce models: platform fresh e-commerce, regional fresh e-commerce. Logistics fresh e-commerce, traditional channels, fresh food preservation period is short, easy to corruption, long distance cold chain transport costs high, leading to a long-term loss of fresh e-commerce enterprises. Not conducive to the long-term development of fresh industry; In addition, with the improvement of the living standards of residents, the demand for fresh food freshness has been raised year by year. This also requires e-commerce enterprises to improve the timeliness of fresh distribution. As the node and intermediate hub of logistics distribution system, distribution center can effectively shorten the fresh transportation time, reduce the fresh loss rate, and improve the distribution rate. Therefore, the study of "fresh ring" distribution center location has important practical significance and scientific value. First, this paper combs the theoretical basis of distribution center location. This paper expounds the definition and deep meaning of distribution center, analyzes the function of distribution center and the main operation mode of fresh distribution center. Secondly, this paper explains the principle of distribution center location and the influencing factors of location selection. The general procedure of location selection is introduced in detail. On the basis of the present stage, the common methods of location selection of distribution center in China are introduced in detail. Finally, the theory of forecasting the demand for fresh food, including function and principle, is arranged. Methods the grey forecasting model was introduced in order to provide the basis for forecasting the demand of fresh food in the region. Then, this paper studied the location of fresh food distribution center at home and abroad. Based on the difference between fresh food and other products, this paper puts forward a "fresh circle" distribution center location model, on the basis of previous scholars' model to refine, the fresh according to the two categories of the model construction. Increase the location of fresh distribution center scientific and reasonable, and use genetic algorithm to solve the location problem. Finally, take Taiyuan as an example to apply the distribution center location model, according to the development of Taiyuan City. The grey forecasting model is used to forecast the fresh water demand in residential area. Based on the demand, the location of the fresh distribution center for an electronic merchant in Taiyuan is selected. Firstly, the alternative points are determined by using the investigation and preliminary expert evaluation. Then genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the best candidate points, so as to minimize the sum of fixed cost, transportation cost, loss cost and so on. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the parameters in the model is carried out. The result of site selection is evaluated and the final location is determined.
