【摘要】:瓶頸識(shí)別是制造單元生產(chǎn)管理與控制研究的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵,直接影響系統(tǒng)的有效產(chǎn)出和企業(yè)的整體效益。針對(duì)復(fù)雜制造環(huán)境下瓶頸辨識(shí)困難這一問(wèn)題,從制造系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜性與復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合這一視角出發(fā),提出一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法的車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)瓶頸識(shí)別方法。根據(jù)設(shè)備工裝、工藝路線、物流路徑以及產(chǎn)品配置等多層次生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),建立業(yè)務(wù)主線約束型作業(yè)車間網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型;采用以資源節(jié)點(diǎn)與連邊、加工數(shù)量、資源負(fù)載等為參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)資源的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化映射;在考慮網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)待評(píng)估節(jié)點(diǎn)綜合影響矩陣的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合待評(píng)估節(jié)點(diǎn)本身的局域重要性定義節(jié)點(diǎn)的瓶頸指數(shù),克服了其他算法中瓶頸節(jié)點(diǎn)識(shí)別只依賴于鄰接節(jié)點(diǎn)的不足。以某制造企業(yè)的裝配車間的產(chǎn)品總裝線為例,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Bottleneck identification is the key and foundation of production management and control of manufacturing unit, directly affect the system efficiency and the overall efficiency of enterprises. In order to solve the problem of complex manufacturing environment bottleneck identification difficult, from the complexity of manufacturing systems and complex networks by combining this perspective, proposed a workshop network bottleneck identification method of network analysis method based on equipment, process, logistics route and product configuration of multi-level production data, establish business line network constrained job shop model; using resource nodes and edges, the quantity of processing resources load data structure for the parameters of the network mapping of resources; evaluation in the treatment of fundamental matrix the comprehensive effect of nodes to be evaluated with consideration of the network node, the node itself local importance of the definition of node bottleneck index, overcomes the other algorithm in the bottle The identification of neck nodes only depends on the shortcomings of the adjacent nodes. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by comparative analysis with the assembly line of assembly workshop of a manufacturing enterprise as an example.
