【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展和市場競爭的日益激烈,中國制造企業(yè)越來越多地面臨著全球其它國家制造企業(yè)的競爭和挑戰(zhàn)。提高企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化程度、降低產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本成為企業(yè)發(fā)展必須面對的緊迫問題。在此過程中,精益化管理越來越受到企業(yè)的重視,而工廠布局是其中一個重要的方面。合理的工廠布局不但能夠減小產(chǎn)品制造成本和運(yùn)營成本,更能提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、物流和設(shè)備利用效率以及合格品的數(shù)量。同時,將精益化理念融入到系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)中去,更能夠優(yōu)化整個企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理過程,提高企業(yè)的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,使企業(yè)具有更高的競爭力。設(shè)施布置(SLP)是工業(yè)工程領(lǐng)域中非常重要的一個部分,它主要是運(yùn)用各個作業(yè)單位之間的量化數(shù)據(jù)來進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)布置。本文主要是運(yùn)用SLP方法與精益化理念相結(jié)合的方法對某企業(yè)新廠區(qū)進(jìn)行重新規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。首先通過在該企業(yè)的現(xiàn)有各個部門、現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行調(diào)研和工作,梳理企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)、加工、管理等各個方面的問題,重點(diǎn)研究和分析了企業(yè)布局對整個企業(yè)的影響;在此基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過分析總結(jié),選取代表性的產(chǎn)品,運(yùn)用SLP方法對該企業(yè)的各生產(chǎn)車間進(jìn)行布局,設(shè)計(jì)適合該企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的可行方案布局圖;最后,運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP)對已經(jīng)得到的幾個布局圖進(jìn)行加權(quán)量化計(jì)算,并選取最適合A公司單向器生產(chǎn)的最佳布局方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more Chinese manufacturing enterprises are facing the competition and challenge of other countries in the world. Reducing the production cost of products has become an urgent problem that enterprises must face. In this process, lean management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. The factory layout is one of the important aspects. Reasonable factory layout can not only reduce the production cost and operation cost, but also improve the production of enterprises. Logistics and equipment utilization efficiency and the number of qualified products. At the same time, the concept of lean into the system layout design to optimize the entire enterprise production management process, improve the overall economic benefits of the enterprise. SLP is a very important part in the field of industrial engineering. It mainly uses the quantitative data of each operation unit to carry on the design arrangement. This article mainly uses the SLP method and the lean idea to carry on the redesign design to a certain enterprise new factory area. In the existing departments of the enterprise. Field investigation and work, combing the enterprise in production, processing, management and other aspects of the problem, focused on the study and analysis of the overall enterprise layout of the impact; On this basis, through the analysis and summary, select the representative products, use the SLP method to layout the production workshops of the enterprise, design the feasible plan layout map suitable for the production of the enterprise; Finally, using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process), several layouts have been calculated by weighted quantification, and the best layout scheme which is most suitable for A Company unidirectional device production is selected.
