【摘要】:物流園區(qū)是隨著現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的快速興起而出現(xiàn)的,經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展,物流園區(qū)已經(jīng)形成兼具集聚效應和服務功能于一體的物流集散地,是現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的重要表現(xiàn)形式之一。物流園區(qū)的建設和發(fā)展對于實現(xiàn)物流企業(yè)的集聚、物流資源的整合和物流投資環(huán)境的改善等具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。物流業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展促進了物流園區(qū)的興建,但由于園區(qū)定位的不準確或園區(qū)主體布局的混亂和資源能源浪費嚴重等問題,造成很多物流園區(qū)空置或發(fā)展受阻的現(xiàn)象。而隨著聯(lián)合國氣候變化大會的召開,“低碳”理念日益受到重視,物流業(yè)高能耗高碳排放的發(fā)展方式亟待解決。因此,低碳物流園區(qū)的建設可以在很大程度上促進物流業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。面對石家莊市環(huán)境污染與物流業(yè)發(fā)展相矛盾的問題,H集團擬建低碳物流園區(qū),以期通過合理的園區(qū)布局促進低碳物流業(yè)的優(yōu)化和升級,為石家莊市構建資源節(jié)約型社會奠定基礎;诖,本文以相關低碳理論為基礎對低碳物流及低碳物流園區(qū)進行概念界定,進而利用內部因素評價矩陣(IFE)和外部因素評價矩陣(EFE)對園區(qū)內外部環(huán)境進行分析,確定園區(qū)功能定位,并通過相關面積計算、系統(tǒng)布置設計(SLP)方法和遺傳算法的結合完成園區(qū)布局方案的選擇,同時對園區(qū)物流活動所需的主要設備、交通道路和信息系統(tǒng)等輔助功能進行布局和設計,最后從綠色環(huán)保角度出發(fā)構建園區(qū)低碳運營模型和二氧化碳管理概念模型,并對園區(qū)各功能區(qū)及物流活動進行綠化及低碳化設置。H集團低碳物流園區(qū)發(fā)展和布局的研究成果將從理論和現(xiàn)實角度對有效解決物流業(yè)高能耗低效率的難題提供有力支撐,并對石家莊市低碳物流業(yè)未來發(fā)展具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The logistics park is emerging with the rapid rise of modern logistics industry, after years of development, the logistics park has been formed with the agglomeration effect and service functions of the logistics distribution center, is one of the most important forms of modern logistics industry. The construction and development of logistics parks to realize the agglomeration of logistics enterprises, has very important practical significance the integration of logistics resources and logistics to improve the investment environment. The rapid development of the logistics industry to promote the logistics park construction, but because of the serious waste source Park positioning or park the main layout and resources can cause a lot of confusion, or hindered the development of the logistics park vacancy phenomenon. With the convening of the United Nations climate the change of the general assembly, the idea of "low carbon" is paid more and more attention to logistics industry development mode, high energy consumption and high carbon emissions to be solved. Therefore, low carbon logistics park construction Design can promote the logistics industry to a great extent to achieve sustainable and healthy development. In the face of environmental pollution in Shijiazhuang city and the development of the logistics industry the contradiction between the H group of low carbon logistics park, the optimization and upgrading of the park by means of reasonable layout to promote low-carbon logistics, lay the foundation for the city of Shijiazhuang to build a resource-saving society based on. This, based on the related theory of low carbon as the basis for the concept of low carbon and low carbon Logistics Park logistics is defined, and then use the internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE) and external factor evaluation matrix (EFE) on the internal and external environment analysis, determine the park function, and through the relevant area calculation, system layout design (SLP) combination method and genetic algorithm to complete the park layout, main equipment of logistics activities as required, and road traffic information system and other auxiliary functions of cloth The Bureau and the design, finally starting to build low carbon operation model and carbon dioxide park management conceptual model from the green view of environmental protection, and will provide strong support for the high energy consumption and low efficiency problem effectively solve the logistics industry from the angle of theory and practice of the park each functional area and logistics activities research green and low carbon low carbon logistics group set.H park development and layout, and has a certain reference value for the future development of low carbon logistics industry in Shijiazhuang city.
