【摘要】：庫存管理是物資管理的重要組成部分,具有掌握庫存量實(shí)時(shí)動態(tài),提高物流系統(tǒng)的效率等作用。但是,目前使用的庫存管理系統(tǒng)存在和項(xiàng)目缺乏聯(lián)系,業(yè)務(wù)之間缺少交流以及差異賬目較多等不足,亟需改進(jìn)從而建立新型信息化庫存管理系統(tǒng)。 論文首先闡述了庫存管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景以及其相應(yīng)的國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展,概述了舟山供電公司在庫存物資管理所需要解決的問題,并且對項(xiàng)目的研究意義與重要性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的討論。其次,論文詳細(xì)介紹了庫存系統(tǒng)原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程并加以改進(jìn),通過增加項(xiàng)目物資的管理等方法,有效改善作業(yè)效率。同時(shí)對功能模塊進(jìn)行分析,提出了物資信息、入庫管理、出庫管理、庫存信息管理、庫存盤點(diǎn)、退庫管理、庫存分析統(tǒng)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)八大子功能模塊,并通過用例圖、包圖、類圖和縮略圖加以詳細(xì)描述,并對其涉及的數(shù)據(jù)分析,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫。最后,論文簡要總結(jié)了研究的內(nèi)容,闡述了作者的主要工作,并且指出了論文存在的不足,并對進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Inventory management is an important part of material management. It has the function of mastering the real-time dynamics of inventory and improving the efficiency of logistics system. However, the existing inventory management system is lack of connection with the project. Due to the lack of communication between businesses and the large number of different accounts, it is urgent to establish a new type of information inventory management system. Firstly, the paper describes the research background of inventory management system and its research progress at home and abroad, and summarizes the problems that Zhoushan Power supply Company needs to solve in inventory management. And the research significance and importance of the project were discussed in detail. Secondly, the paper introduced the original business process of inventory system in detail and improved it, through the increase of project material management and other methods. At the same time, it analyzes the function module, and puts forward the material information, inventory management, inventory information management, inventory inventory management, inventory management. Inventory analysis statistics and system maintenance of the eight sub-functional modules, and through the use case diagram, package diagram, class diagram and thumbnail to be described in detail, and the data involved in the analysis, designed the corresponding database. Finally. This paper briefly summarizes the contents of the research, expounds the main work of the author, points out the shortcomings of the paper, and looks forward to the further work.
