【摘要】：服裝行業(yè)是我國正在成為我國2l世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和出口的一個(gè)主要生力軍,在近幾年迅速發(fā)展中,服裝行業(yè)由于分散、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)多、存貨水平低等特點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生了對于信息化的迫切需求,但是國內(nèi)對于服裝行業(yè)信息化或者ERP系統(tǒng)的研究卻是非常少的。本課題來源于某服裝企業(yè)制衣生產(chǎn)、銷售管理的一個(gè)實(shí)際軟件工程項(xiàng)目,目的在于解決該企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中流程控制,庫存、銷售管理,報(bào)表查詢等工作完全依賴人工操作的現(xiàn)狀,協(xié)調(diào)各部門運(yùn)作,滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)、銷售管理信息化的要求。本文首先介紹了服裝行業(yè)的背景,服裝行業(yè)erp的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,本課題的來源及相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù),然后,對服裝行業(yè)ERP管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析,系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了闡述。然后,對服裝行業(yè)ERP管理系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)的闡釋。最后,對本課題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)原料、款式等基礎(chǔ)信息的集中處理;實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)客戶管理,完成客戶檔案和訂單分析;實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)物流管理的數(shù)字化管理;實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工計(jì)劃的合理安排和監(jiān)控;實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量記錄和跟蹤;及時(shí)正確的提供各類報(bào)表和數(shù)據(jù)分析;依據(jù)服裝企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),提供配色配規(guī)格的原料需求清單;自動(dòng)生成庫存明細(xì)帳和庫存帳;在采購、入庫、訂單完成三個(gè)階段中可以隨時(shí)進(jìn)行成本核算;實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)各客戶終端系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)升級和更新。
[Abstract]:Clothing industry is becoming a major force in the 21st century economic development and export. In recent years, the rapid development of the clothing industry, because of dispersion, more outlets. Low inventory level and other characteristics of the urgent need for information, but the domestic clothing industry information or ERP system research is very few. This topic comes from a clothing production enterprise. A practical software engineering project of sales management, which aims to solve the problem of process control, inventory, sales management, report inquiry and so on in the production of the enterprise, which is completely dependent on manual operation and coordinates the operation of various departments. This paper first introduces the background of garment industry, the domestic and foreign development status of clothing industry erp, the source of this topic and related development technology, then. The requirements of the clothing industry ERP management system, the overall design of the system, database design are described. Then. The system design of each module of ERP management system in garment industry is explained in detail. Finally, the thesis summarizes the subject. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: realize the raw material of enterprise. Centralized processing of basic information such as style; Achieve customer management, complete customer files and order analysis; Realize the digital management of enterprise logistics management; Realize the reasonable arrangement and monitoring of the production and processing plan of the enterprise; Realize the quality record and tracking of each link in the business process; Provide timely and correct reports and data analysis; According to the characteristics of garment enterprises, provide the raw material demand list of color matching specification; Generate inventory ledger and inventory account automatically; In the procurement, storage, order completion of the three stages can be at any time to carry out cost accounting; The customer terminal system of the enterprise is automatically upgraded and updated.
