【摘要】:經(jīng)濟的進一步融合使企業(yè)之間的競爭由以前點對點的競爭轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛煽蛻簟⒐⿷?yīng)商、研發(fā)中心、制造商、經(jīng)銷商和服務(wù)商等合作伙伴組成的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的競爭。今天,擁有完整強大的供應(yīng)鏈即意味著擁有強大的競爭力。建材裝備制造業(yè)作為裝備制造業(yè)的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展水平是一個國家的整體工業(yè)水平的重要體現(xiàn),也是我國優(yōu)先發(fā)展、并上升到了戰(zhàn)略層面的產(chǎn)業(yè)。處于價值鏈頂端的建材裝備制造業(yè)附加值高,帶動作用強,與多個行業(yè)具有緊密關(guān)系。在當前我國所處的背景下,建材裝備制造業(yè)的重要性更為明顯。處于整條供應(yīng)鏈核心地位的建材裝備制造企業(yè)的競爭力直接影響到整條供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力。以供應(yīng)鏈的思想對單個制造企業(yè)的運作方式進行研究,對于提高整條供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力有著重要意義。企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈強調(diào)企業(yè)內(nèi)部各個部門之間的協(xié)調(diào),可以看作是外部供應(yīng)鏈的縮小化。核心企業(yè)部門之間、核心企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商之間、核心企業(yè)與外協(xié)廠商之間存在的頻繁的信息流、資金流和物流直接影響企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈運作。論文以建材裝備制造企業(yè)為背景,研究了在供應(yīng)鏈角度下企業(yè)的運作方式和供應(yīng)鏈流程優(yōu)化問題,主要研究內(nèi)容及工作如下:(1)分析了供應(yīng)鏈思想對提高建材裝備制造企業(yè)競爭力的重要性,對建材裝備制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程進行了一般化的過程梳理,將企業(yè)的各個部門當作供應(yīng)鏈上面的參與元素。(2)利用Petri網(wǎng)建立了建材裝備制造企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈模型,并對模型進行正確性驗證。引入了時間約束,建立了其隨機Petri網(wǎng)(SPN)以及其同構(gòu)馬爾科夫鏈,分析了模型中變遷的利用率和整個模型的響應(yīng)時間等各項性能并基于關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣的重組算法對模型進行子網(wǎng)劃分并優(yōu)化。(3)通過對模型的性能分析,指明了流程優(yōu)化的方向并進行了模型修正。從時間性能角度對新模型進行評價,并結(jié)合敏捷供應(yīng)鏈的思想,在新模型的基礎(chǔ)了加入了生產(chǎn)計劃變更的情況,提高了模型的動態(tài)性能。(4)在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)了基于隨機Petri網(wǎng)的建材裝備制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理信息化平臺,并對主要模塊進行了設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈上資源共享,信息化管理平臺已經(jīng)在唐山某企業(yè)中得到了應(yīng)用,取得了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:The further economic integration of the competition between enterprises is changing from the previous point of competition for customers, suppliers, manufacturers, R & D center, between dealers and service providers and other partners in the supply chain network competition. Today, complete with a strong supply chain means have strong competitiveness. An important part of building materials and equipment as the manufacturing industry of equipment manufacturing industry, its development level is an important manifestation of a country's overall industrial level, but also give priority to the development of our country, and rise to the strategic level of the industry. At the top of the value chain of building materials and equipment manufacturing industry with high added value, strong leading role, has a close relationship with multiple industries. The background of our country, the importance of building materials and equipment manufacturing industry is more obvious. In the whole supply chain will directly affect the competitiveness of the core status of building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises to the whole. Supply chain competitiveness. With the idea of supply chain of manufacturing enterprises on a single mode of operation, has great significance for improving the competitiveness of the whole supply chain. The internal supply chain emphasizes the coordination between various departments within the enterprise, can be regarded as the external supply chain reduced. Between the core enterprise departments, between the core the enterprise and the supplier, between the core enterprise and the outsourcing vendor frequent information flow, capital flow and logistics enterprises directly influence the operation of the supply chain. The building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises as the background, the research in the perspective of the supply chain under the mode of operation of the enterprise and the supply chain optimization problem, the main research contents and work are as follows: (1) analysis of the importance of the thought of the supply chain to improve the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises, the production process of building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises of the general Cheng Shuli, Each department of the enterprise supply chain as part of the elements above. (2) is established by using Petri net model of supply chain building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises, and verify the correctness of the model. The introduction of the time constraints, establishes the stochastic Petri net (SPN) and its isomorphic Marco Markov chain, analyzed by response time the rate and model the performance of model change and restructure the matrix based algorithm for subnetting and Optimization Based on the model. (3) through the performance analysis of the model, pointed out the direction of process optimization and model modification. To evaluate the performance of the new model from the time point of view, combined with agile the idea of supply chain, the production plan to change the situation of join in the basis of the new model, to improve the dynamic performance of the model. (4) on the basis of theoretical research, the development of the building materials equipment manufacturing enterprises based on stochastic Petri net The information platform of supply chain management has been designed, and the main modules have been designed. The resource sharing inside the enterprise supply chain has been realized. The information management platform has been applied in an enterprise in Tangshan, and achieved the desired results.
