【摘要】:隨著近年網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物興起與生活水平提高,生鮮水果網(wǎng)購成為了電商行業(yè)的后起之秀。然而現(xiàn)有生鮮電商配送體系發(fā)展嚴重滯后,無法滿足消費者對安全快速、高品質(zhì)水果的消費需求,配送成本高、效率偏低和貨損率偏高等問題都制約了生鮮電商的發(fā)展。廣州D公司是一家水果批發(fā)零售電子商務(wù)企業(yè),同樣面臨著現(xiàn)有配送模式降低了公司的控制力,貨損率平均高達15%,配送成本居高不下等較為突出的物流配送問題。因此D公司有必要借鑒科學(xué)合理的物流管理理論方法和工具,對配送進行全面優(yōu)化,促進配送環(huán)節(jié)的效率和質(zhì)量。本文以D公司為研究對象,基于D公司物流配送現(xiàn)狀,重點研究物流配送模式和業(yè)務(wù)流程等方面的優(yōu)化。本文首先綜述生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流、電子商務(wù)物流配送模式、物流業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品包裝等相關(guān)理論文獻知識及研究技術(shù)路線。然后介紹D公司經(jīng)營狀況、組織架構(gòu)和配送現(xiàn)狀,在全面收集物流配送相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對D公司現(xiàn)有物流配送的三大影響因素:配送模式、配送業(yè)務(wù)流程和分揀包裝進一步分析,找出產(chǎn)生問題的原因。再運用層次分析法構(gòu)建配送模式評價體系,利用一級指標“配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量”和“配送成本”,二級指標——“送達時間”、“貨損率”、“運輸費用”等進行合理選擇配送模式;結(jié)合物流管理和配送業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化理論,對現(xiàn)有配送模式和配送流程進行優(yōu)化分析,從而提出物流配送的優(yōu)化方案。最后從項目團隊建立、制定相關(guān)制度、改善訂單處理系統(tǒng)、培訓(xùn)配送相關(guān)人員四方面實施流程優(yōu)化工作。實施結(jié)果表明,配送時間由原來約40小時縮短至約32小時,貨損率降至10%,包裝合格率上升了17%;D公司物流配送總成本下降了16%,配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量獲得較大提高。本文針對改善生鮮水果電商物流配送方面的相關(guān)研究具有較為重要的意義,為廣大中小型生鮮水果類電商企業(yè)提供理論和實踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rise of online shopping and the improvement of living standards in recent years, fresh fruit online shopping has become a rising star in e-commerce industry. The problems of high quality fruit consumption demand, high distribution cost, low efficiency and high damage rate restrict the development of fresh and fresh e-commerce business. Guangzhou D Company is a fruit wholesale and retail e-commerce enterprise. Also faced with the existing distribution model to reduce the company's control, the average loss rate as high as 15%. The high cost of distribution and other outstanding logistics distribution problems, so it is necessary for D company to learn from the scientific and reasonable theory and tools of logistics management, to optimize distribution in an all-round way. To promote the efficiency and quality of distribution. This paper takes D company as the research object, based on D company logistics distribution status. Focus on logistics distribution model and business process optimization. Firstly, this paper summarizes fresh agricultural products logistics, e-commerce logistics distribution model, logistics business process optimization. Agricultural packaging and other related theoretical literature knowledge and research technology route. Then introduced D company business situation, organizational structure and distribution status, on the basis of comprehensive collection of logistics distribution related information. In order to find out the causes of the problems, the paper further analyzes the three influential factors of D company: distribution mode, distribution business process and sorting packaging, and then constructs the evaluation system of distribution mode by using AHP. Reasonable selection of distribution mode is carried out by using the first class index "quality of service" and "cost of distribution", the second class index-"time of delivery", "rate of damage to goods", "transportation cost" and so on. Combined with logistics management and distribution business process optimization theory, the existing distribution model and distribution process optimization analysis, so as to put forward the optimization scheme of logistics distribution. Finally, from the project team to establish the relevant system. Improve the order processing system, train distribution related personnel to implement the process optimization work. The implementation results show that the delivery time from about 40 hours to about 32 hours, the damage rate to 10%. The qualified rate of packaging increased by 17%; The total cost of logistics distribution of D company has decreased 16%, and the quality of distribution service has been greatly improved. This paper aims at improving the logistics distribution of fresh fruit e-commerce has more important significance. For the majority of small and medium-sized fresh fruit e-commerce enterprises to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
